Although it was quite busy when we arrived (8pm) on the sky deck the crowds (probably there for sunset) dispersed by 8.30pm. We got cocktails, and a seat, to enjoy the spectacular views

Getting the tickets ahead of time really helped cut the waiting time which is great especially when you're on vacation. Although the boat ride was short, it was a great way to see the high end stores along the gondola. The water was super clean and you can make a wish right under the oculus so bring coins!!! If you want to be at the oculus when they release the water, you need to reserve your tickets way in advance. I ordered mine the day of visit so I wasn't able to be on the boat when the waterfall came - 1pm; 3pm; 5pm. But I was able to view it from the balcony of the mall so we didn't miss much except the splashing of the water. We waited to night time before heading up to the observation deck because of the beautiful lights the city had to offer with panoramic views. Although the line seemed long, it moved very quickly. I'd say about a 20 minute wait from way back in the line to the observation deck. We got on line about 2015 and managed to get a lot of decent photos before the ushered us out at 2100. If you want to stay past 2100, you may opt to dine at the rooftop bar. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend!!! ~Amy - NYC

Good price tickets. The gardens by the bay and observation desk were really nice places to see. This website doesn't give much information about how to redeem your tickets. Make sure to book a time slot for the observation desk. Other than that, really fun experiences.

The tickets were easy to acquire fast and no fuss. It was convenient to use upon arrival on the 2 domes. I could also say I think they were cheaper online than to buy them on the spot.
