This was the first visit to Universal Studios for our son and it did not disssapoint. Originally, we expect to have long queues for the rides. We didn't need to wait too long, except for a few that was worth the wait. Our son enjoyed the experience and no doubt this will be a memorable visit. Aside from the rides, we also enjoyed shopping and dining. The only downside was the hot weather! However, we preferred it over being wet in the rain.

Floating above the harbor on the Singapore Cable Car feels less like transportation and more like a slow-motion postcard. One minute you’re in the city, the next you’re gliding toward Sentosa with ships scattered below like toy boats in a bathtub. The cabins are surprisingly smooth and quiet, giving you plenty of time to snap photos—or pretend you’re starring in your own travel documentary.
The views stretch from lush green hills to glittering skyscrapers, with a dash of thrill when you remember you’re suspended high above the water. It’s equal parts scenic and slightly daring, in the best way.
If you’re heading to Sentosa anyway, skip the ordinary commute. Take the sky route. It turns “getting there” into one of the highlights of the day.

My husband is afraid of heights but nevertheless he came with me and our children to experience this once in a lifetime dream vacation. The experience of riding the cable car was unforgettable, looking up at the sky, and looking down on different scenery was so breathtaking!

Last week
Some experiences entertain you for a moment.
And then there are experiences like *Wings of Time* that stay with you long after the lights go out.
I went in expecting a good show.
I walked out absolutely mesmerized.
The way water itself became a screen felt almost unreal. The clarity of the projections, the precision of the lasers, the synchronization of fire, music, fountains, and storytelling — it honestly felt like watching technology and art dance together in perfect harmony.
What amazed me most was how emotionally immersive the entire experience was. It wasn’t just visually stunning; it had soul.
Even after a week, I still catch myself humming the melody from the show —
*"When you're away from home..."*
There’s something deeply nostalgic and magical about that song that refuses to leave your heart.
In a world full of attractions competing for attention, *Wings of Time* achieves something rare: it makes you feel wonder like a child again.
If you visit Singapore and skip this show, you’re not just missing an attraction — you’re missing a memory that could stay with you forever.

The fireworks glittered, never seen that before. The show was good but the music could be improved for all audiences rather than just kids and families

Things to know before booking your Madame Tussauds Singapore tickets
Book in advance: Buying tickets online is cheaper than on-site and guarantees entry. Combo deals often bundle in attractions like the Singapore Cable Car or Wings of Time for added value.
Types of tickets: Choose from standard entry, Marvel Universe 4D + Digiphoto bundles, VR Racing upgrades, or family packages. Combo tickets are also available with other Sentosa attractions.
What’s included: Your admission ticket includes Madame Tussauds Singapore, Images of Singapore Live, the Spirit of Singapore boat ride (the world’s first Madame Tussauds boat ride), and the Ultimate Film Star Experience. Marvel 4D and VR Racing are upgrades.
Best time to visit: Weekdays and early mornings are best to avoid crowds, especially during weekends and public holidays. Evenings are quieter, but the boat ride and shows may close earlier.
