- The Dolphin Observer program is exclusively reserved for guests with friends and family participating in the Dolphin Discovery or Encounter Programs.
- For the Dolphin Encounter, children under 4 years can participate when accompanied by a paying adult. Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years.
- For the Dolphin Discovery, participants must meet a minimum height requirement of 110cm. Children aged 4-12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years during the interaction with the marine animals.
- For the Dolphin Observer, children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years. The duration of the experience will depend on the main participant of the respective programmes.
- Each paying adult may supervise up to three children during any of the dolphin experiences.
