Yes. Current Headout Teaser and Challenge packages include 2 digital photos per participant, along with a flight certificate.

Does my AltitudeX ticket include flight gear?

Yes. Headout tickets include a flight suit, helmet and goggles, along with mandatory safety training before you enter the wind tunnel.

Do I need to book AltitudeX in advance?

Yes. Flights run in timed sessions with limited availability. Book once your Sentosa plans are fixed, especially for weekends, public holidays and combo tickets.

Can I cancel or reschedule my Headout AltitudeX ticket?

Current Headout standalone and combo tickets cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Check the cancellation terms at checkout for the exact ticket you select.

What happens if I arrive late for my AltitudeX flight?

Arrive at least 1 hour before your scheduled flight. Late arrivals may be moved to another slot, subject to availability, and may incur a per-person fee.

Is there an age or weight limit for AltitudeX?

Participants must be at least 7 years old. Guests under 1.8m can weigh up to 120kg, while guests 1.8m or taller can weigh up to 140kg.

Can I use an AltitudeX combo ticket on the same day?

Yes. Plan your day around the fixed AltitudeX flight session. For Wings of Time, schedule your flight before the evening show and allow time between attractions.

Can I change a direct AltitudeX booking?

Direct Teaser and Challenge bookings can be rescheduled before the flight date for a SGD 30 fee plus any fare difference. Same-day changes and no-shows may incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Meeting point: AltitudeX is located at 43 Siloso Beach Walk, #01-01, Singapore 099010.
Check-in: Arrive at least 1 hour before your scheduled flight.
Late arrival: Late arrivals may be rescheduled and may incur a S$30 per-person fee, subject to availability.

What to bring

Footwear: Wear sturdy lace-up sneakers suitable for indoor skydiving.
Clothing: Wear comfortable clothing and avoid dresses or skirts.
Long hair: Tie up long hair before your flight.
Jewellery and accessories: Remove jewellery, watches and other loose accessories before flying.
Glasses: Special goggles are available if you wear glasses.

Restrictions

Minimum age: Participants must be at least 7 years old on the date of the flight.
Under 18s: Participants under 18 must have signed permission from a parent or guardian.
Weight limit: Participants under 1.8m must weigh no more than 120kg, while those 1.8m or taller must weigh no more than 140kg.
Flight gear: Participants must be able to fit comfortably into the flight gear and safety helmet.
Pregnancy: Pregnant participants cannot fly.
Medical conditions: Participants with previous shoulder dislocations, back or neck injuries, or heart problems cannot fly.
Hard casts: Participants wearing a hard cast cannot fly.

Alcohol and drugs: Flying under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs is not permitted.
Loose items: Jewellery, watches and other loose accessories must be removed before flying.

Experience duration: The experience takes approximately 90 minutes.

Step into AltitudeX's 56.5-foot-high, 16.5-foot-wide vertical wind tunnel and experience the sensation of freefall without jumping from an aircraft.

Your indoor skydive

Views of Siloso Beach

Look out through the tunnel's 18-foot acrylic-glass walls towards Siloso Beach and the South China Sea as you fly.

Instructor-led flight training
