Our group included somoene in a wheelchair and the staff were so helpful with boarding and disembarking. The gondola car was clean and spacious, and we had a wonderful view and got great photos. We visited in the afternoon and would be keen to try an evening riade next time we're in SIngapore.

Having seen the boat shaped structure in our sights every which way we turned, I felt elated to finally stand atop the engineering marvel and look out as far as my eyes could see 180 degrees and truly appreciate Singapore's skyline. Not an experience to rush, I took time to sip on a refreshing beverage from the cafe and read the interpretive signage on the history, cultural heritage and iconic landmarks whilst drinking in the amazing views. Gardens by the Bay being a favourite of ours, the Super Trees known for their stature in size, blended in with the sheer vastness of lush scenery. Something most worthy of travelling up 56 floors to observe and appreciate from the deck.

I purchased a ticket online so I wouldn't have to wait in the queue. Inside the domes everything was so beautiful! And I was lucky to see the Sakura in full bloom. I was there on a rainy day, and because you're inside the domes, this was a perfect activity. I came out of the last dome a couple of minutes before the light show at the super trees started at 7.45pm. A perfect ending of my visit!

It was not our first time in singapore of which we had already seen zoo, universal studios singapore and scenic climb to marina bary sands for sunset oanorama. We would recommend it to families for excellent combination of nature jurassucge experiences and looking to the future. Dining services present suitable for all budgets and palates. Attraction reached directly by cab from hotel and booked without problems a day in advance. Preferable, given the temperatures in June and especially if you have children, to experience in the morning

Both the Art Science Museum and Skypark Observation Deck provided great experiences. The museum had an very interesting exhibit and enjoyed the building very much. The Skypark was easy to access and efficiently runned by the staff. I perfectly understand not having access to the other side, but would have liked to have some pictures of the other part of the deck, ie. the infinity pool and other side just to know what it looked like.

My main reason to stopover in Singapore was to see the Supertrees - and I wasn't disappointed. The whole gardens were beautifully laid out and thoroughly enjoyed the visit where we also went in Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. The weather wasn't too good but actually resulted in far fewer people so excellent for our visit ! Easy access on MRT and to Marine Sands hotel and shopping precinct too.

We did three gardens of Monday had a fantastic time out. Probably the best of the three was the lily display. We got there by public transport. It was really easy so we appreciate the fantastic interface between the gardens and the trains.

It was not our first time in singapore of which we had already seen zoo, universal studios singapore and scenic climb to marina bary sands for sunset oanorama. We would recommend it to families for excellent combination of nature jurassucge experiences and looking to the future. Dining services present suitable for all budgets and palates. Attraction reached directly by cab from hotel and booked without problems a day in advance. Preferable, given the temperatures in June and especially if you have children, to experience in the morning

Fix the connections for the headphones. Had to try 4 different sockets before my wife and I found 2 which worked. Would not have been able to listen to the guide if the bus had been full and we weren't able to swap seats to find sockets that worked. Driver wasn't too interested when i pointed it out to him that the sockets didn't work.

I liked the choice of sitting below or above deck. The guide was referring to some places we could not see. A bit hit and miss. The driver dropped us off in the middle of the road at Little India and we couldn't locate the bus stop to get back on. This was the worst part of the tour- asking almost everyone where the pick-up bus stop was. We finally just took a taxi 🚕 back to our hotel 🏨. Any partial refund would be appreciated.

We use the hop-on hop-off bus for every city tour and are always happy because we see lots of important things that we can look at again later at our leisure, which is highly recommended. The narrator then translates the important things in the city into all languages.

We couldnt find the stop locations online so we didnt know where to go to for start. And when we arrived the buschauffeur didnt give us a ticket but we could hop on without the tickets but only the online QR code. The second chauffeur was not friendly and mentioned that we needed a ticket. I showed him the QR but that wasn't enough. During the trip he was unfriendly for going to stand up for the next stop! While driving a heavy rainfall came down and there wasnt enough shelter on top. The rain came down on the sides and there where no sheeds to pull down. So i would say no not a good expierence!

For most of the buses we had a great time and they were courteous and driving safely. But one driver was not paying attention to the people getting off upstairs and my 85-year-old Aunty was on the stairs when he took off and nearly fell, then when we got downstairs, we explained to him that we were getting down from upstairs. And he complained that he had too many things to watch to pay attention to the camera, which I said to him that that's actually his job and he should be capable of doing that safely. I need the driver needs to take consideration of people getting off upstairs as well.

The Express Pass was really worthwhile as it saved a lot of time. I wish it had included the newer Minion attraction as well. I was only told there that the Express Pass could not be used & I needed to purchase additional "Express Plus" for those rides. Our group included somoene in a wheelchair and the staff were so helpful with boarding and disembarking. The gondola car was clean and spacious, and we had a wonderful view and got great photos. We visited in the afternoon and would be keen to try an evening riade next time we're in SIngapore.

Tickets although was booked online a week ago, I had to chase the headout team to send me my online tickets till the night before the event day. Other than else , good experience at Universal studios, can introduce some parades with characters, that would attarct more visitors. Cloud forest and Flower dome was amazing beautiful ! love to go back again

Excellent day out with the kids. The venue wasn't too busy when we went so got lucky. Not long wait times for rides. Some even not wait straight on without waiting. I had a 6 year old and a 13 year old they loved it. My favourite ride was the Transformers ride.

Two rides broke and wasted hours of our time. All rides had a minimum of 40 min wait time which is ridiculous. The rides are too short. There just aren't enough attractions to keep a park full of that many people busy. Either add more rides/attractions/shows or reduce number of tickets sold per day.

The gardens were amazing! The Cloud in particular was stunning, with exquisite views and stunning plants. I also really enjoyed the Tulip exhibition, with more types than I was aware of. And the smell was just beautiful. All of the little hidden statues in the gardens were delightful, from Alice in Wonderland to Winnie the Pooh. Next time we are back, I would visit again.

Having seen the boat shaped structure in our sights every which way we turned, I felt elated to finally stand atop the engineering marvel and look out as far as my eyes could see 180 degrees and truly appreciate Singapore's skyline. Not an experience to rush, I took time to sip on a refreshing beverage from the cafe and read the interpretive signage on the history, cultural heritage and iconic landmarks whilst drinking in the amazing views. Gardens by the Bay being a favourite of ours, the Super Trees known for their stature in size, blended in with the sheer vastness of lush scenery. Something most worthy of travelling up 56 floors to observe and appreciate from the deck.

Both the Art Science Museum and Skypark Observation Deck provided great experiences. The museum had an very interesting exhibit and enjoyed the building very much. The Skypark was easy to access and efficiently runned by the staff. I perfectly understand not having access to the other side, but would have liked to have some pictures of the other part of the deck, ie. the infinity pool and other side just to know what it looked like.

Our group included somoene in a wheelchair and the staff were so helpful with boarding and disembarking. The gondola car was clean and spacious, and we had a wonderful view and got great photos. We visited in the afternoon and would be keen to try an evening riade next time we're in SIngapore.

Booking was a pain, especially my group consisted of 18 pax, 11 non residents and 7 residents. Have to Google and hunt to make the right bookings. Booking restricted to 10 maximum, had to rebook for the extra ticket. When going into Flower Dome, it would have been good to open another gate to cater to such big group

I purchased a ticket online so I wouldn't have to wait in the queue. Inside the domes everything was so beautiful! And I was lucky to see the Sakura in full bloom. I was there on a rainy day, and because you're inside the domes, this was a perfect activity. I came out of the last dome a couple of minutes before the light show at the super trees started at 7.45pm. A perfect ending of my visit!

We would recommend it to families for excellent combination of nature jurassucge experiences and looking to the future. Dining services present suitable for all budgets and palates. Attraction reached directly by cab from hotel and booked without problems a day in advance. Preferable, given the temperatures in June and especially if you have children, to experience in the morning

Only part of sky deck open. Regards to the renovation work ,not expected.And I thought we would be able to go all the way around the deck,and had planned to have a meal at the top and enjoy yhe views. Might be a good idea to display the mumber of the floors as the lift goes up and down.

Our group included somoene in a wheelchair and the staff were so helpful with boarding and disembarking. The gondola car was clean and spacious, and we had a wonderful view and got great photos. We visited in the afternoon and would be keen to try an evening riade next time we're in SIngapore.

Was in Singapore for the day and decided to visi the Gardens by the Bay. We had heard so many glowing reviews of the gardens and thought it was a experience we should try for ourselves. We visited both the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. We arrived 10 minutes before the "misting" in the Cloud Forest which was awesome. Both gardens excelled our expectations. The VIP experience is very well organized. From our arrival in the VIP area, we took the elevator to another VIP area and then walked past the queue into the VIP gondola, where the mocktail was already waiting for us.
A good half hour later, with music, chocolate and nice people, it was all over again. Afterwards we went through the Time Capsule, which is also well worth seeing.
However, I do have one small but not insignificant criticism: 80% of the cabin windows were steamed up from the outside. It would have been nice to clean them quickly with a squeegee. After all, the view from the gondola is the main attraction! If all the guests have to take their photos through a small, non-fogged window, it spoils the experience a little.
