Gardens by the bay was a wonderful experience. Our favourite place was the Cloud Forest! The most beautiful selection of plants and the orchids were exquisite!

This was truly the best zoo experience we have had. The animals were all very active and seen easily. We had the five park visit and thoroughly enjoyed all five parks. The night zoo is not to be missed. It was so well set out and the animals were very active. The free teams inside the zoo allowed for ease of movement around the park. The zoo was extremely clean, well cared for and a pleasure to visit. Having fans at the majority of the exhibits to cool us while we were walking and watching was very welcomed. I would highly recommend the five zoo pass.

The Singapore zoo is an amazing experience during the day, the nighttime safari while a unique experience was not anywhere near as fantastic and probably overkill if you only have so much time ( or let's face it patience to deal with the heat crowds walking etc ) then definitely choice the zoo only experience; you won't be disappointed!!

We really enjoy it. Especially my kids. The staff all are very helpful and friendly. Not much crowd make us easy to move. Tasted delicious ice cream from different flavors. 😋

The customer support was incredibly helpful. But of course of those of you wondering if this is value for money, it absolutely is.

Tickets were easy entry and it was well organized. It was great to go in the evening and if you go, get on the little tram, it's the best part. The zoo itself could use bigger spaces for the animals and more attendants to ensure people aren't so loud. Lots of screaming and loud yelling in areas where you could walk through the animals around you. It was nice to have the opportunity to walk among bats and wallaby's but it could have been a bit nicer for them. All in all it was positive but it could have been better for the animals.

Things to know before booking your Night Safari tickets

Booking window

• Tickets are date-specific and come with a fixed evening entry time. Pre-booking online helps secure your preferred slot.
• Many visitors tend to book within 0–2 days ahead, so plan accordingly if you prefer an early evening slot with potentially lighter queues.

Entry & access

• All visitors enter through the main Night Safari gate at Mandai Wildlife Reserve; ticket scanning and security checks are mandatory.
• Pre-booked e-tickets skip the on-site ticket counter queue, but you may still face a tram boarding queue that can range from 20 to 60 minutes during peak periods.
• If you choose a transfer-inclusive ticket, you’ll get a shared coach from designated pickup points that brings you closer to the entrance.

What’s included

• Standard Night Safari admission includes park entry for your selected timed slot, one guided tram ride (lasting about 30–40 minutes), access to self-guided walking trails, and one scheduled show.
• Your ticket is valid only for the evening of the booked date, and once exited, re-entry is not permitted.
• Food, transfers (unless chosen separately), and additional premium tours are not part of the standard ticket.

Ways to explore

• The signature tram ride provides an overview of themed zones with live or recorded commentary—ideal for seeing large enclosures and animals on the move.
• Self-guided walking trails let you explore at your own pace, offering closer views of nocturnal species beyond what the tram covers.
• For enhanced insight and a more structured visit, consider premium or guided tour add-ons, which also usually offer smaller group sizes.
• Combo options (such as multi-park passes) are available if you plan to visit other Mandai parks; these bundles can offer added value when planning a full wildlife day.

Restrictions & policies

• All tickets are non-refundable, date-and time-specific; missing your slot may mean losing your admission for the night.
• Even with a pre-booked ticket, all visitors must complete security checks at the entrance.
• Flash photography is not allowed to protect the animals, so be prepared for low-light photo conditions.
• Check any age or mobility-related notices—certain guided or premium experiences may have specific requirements.
• Outside food and drinks are generally not included, so plan to dine at on-site eateries if needed.
