The gardens were amazing! The Cloud in particular was stunning, with exquisite views and stunning plants. I also really enjoyed the Tulip exhibition, with more types than I was aware of. And the smell was just beautiful. All of the little hidden statues in the gardens were delightful, from Alice in Wonderland to Winnie the Pooh. Next time we are back, I would visit again.

My main reason to stopover in Singapore was to see the Supertrees - and I wasn't disappointed. The whole gardens were beautifully laid out and thoroughly enjoyed the visit where we also went in Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. The weather wasn't too good but actually resulted in far fewer people so excellent for our visit ! Easy access on MRT and to Marine Sands hotel and shopping precinct too.

I purchased a ticket online so I wouldn't have to wait in the queue. Inside the domes everything was so beautiful! And I was lucky to see the Sakura in full bloom. I was there on a rainy day, and because you're inside the domes, this was a perfect activity. I came out of the last dome a couple of minutes before the light show at the super trees started at 7.45pm. A perfect ending of my visit!

It was not our first time in singapore of which we had already seen zoo, universal studios singapore and scenic climb to marina bary sands for sunset oanorama. We would recommend it to families for excellent combination of nature jurassucge experiences and looking to the future. Dining services present suitable for all budgets and palates. Attraction reached directly by cab from hotel and booked without problems a day in advance. Preferable, given the temperatures in June and especially if you have children, to experience in the morning

Booking was a pain, especially my group consisted of 18 pax, 11 non residents and 7 residents. Have to Google and hunt to make the right bookings. Booking restricted to 10 maximum, had to rebook for the extra ticket. When going into Flower Dome, it would have been good to open another gate to cater to such big group

Booking our tickets with headout was hassle free. When we got to the venue, all we needed to show was our etickets on our phone. No need to queue for tickets on site. Gardens by the bay is a lovely experience and we were glad that we got to catch the orchid exhibit. In order to buy the entry to the 4D experience we were supposed to do a very long line, there is no option to buy it online, which makes no sense since we had purchased our tickets online. Easy to buy tickets online. The Flowerdome was amazing. We loved the scenes created using flowers and representations of people and animals. Also enjoyed making our way up the different levels to the top from where we could look all the way down the waterfall and get a complete view of the flowers and plants within the dome. The Cloud Dome & Cloud forest was also amazing with the inclusion of Avatar characters. The whole experience was very good value for money. It was lovely to see so many children there with their teachers educating their pupils about the plants and flowers

Purchased tickets online and it was so easy to just arrive and go straight through. What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE, the cloud forest was spectacular and is something everyone should see. The Avatar installation was really great too. Loved the flower dome so much to see. The floral fantasy was good but because we had been to the other areas first didn't have the same WOW factor but still enjoyable. Gardens by the bay light show WOW WOW WOW........ an absolute MUST SEE.... A huge credit to the team of people who imagined and created this wonderful place. 😊😊😊

The ticketing experience was seamless. We caught a bus near our Carlton Hotel & got off at Marina Sands. There was an easy walk to the Flower Dome where we started our visit. It joins the Cloud Dome. We couldn't find a good place to eat which was strange in Singapore. We were told by a gate person that we could go to the Floral Fantasy which was worthwhile but took a bit of finding. The plant show in all the spaces is sensational.

Loved the Cloud Forest and Dome. Every time we visit Singapore there are different experiences. The only sad thing was that we bought tickets for Floral Fantasy as well for the same day only to find it closed! We were advised that you were having a private function! We flew back to Australia at the end of the day so missed out and it would be nice to think we will get a refund but I'm not holding my breath. We were told to book on line as you are now cashless. On line we were not advised the garden would be closed!

Having seen the boat shaped structure in our sights every which way we turned, I felt elated to finally stand atop the engineering marvel and look out as far as my eyes could see 180 degrees and truly appreciate Singapore's skyline. Not an experience to rush, I took time to sip on a refreshing beverage from the cafe and read the interpretive signage on the history, cultural heritage and iconic landmarks whilst drinking in the amazing views. Gardens by the Bay being a favourite of ours, the Super Trees known for their stature in size, blended in with the sheer vastness of lush scenery. Something most worthy of travelling up 56 floors to observe and appreciate from the deck.

I purchased a ticket online so I wouldn't have to wait in the queue. Inside the domes everything was so beautiful! And I was lucky to see the Sakura in full bloom. I was there on a rainy day, and because you're inside the domes, this was a perfect activity. I came out of the last dome a couple of minutes before the light show at the super trees started at 7.45pm. A perfect ending of my visit!

Both the Art Science Museum and Skypark Observation Deck provided great experiences. The museum had an very interesting exhibit and enjoyed the building very much. The Skypark was easy to access and efficiently runned by the staff. I perfectly understand not having access to the other side, but would have liked to have some pictures of the other part of the deck, ie. the infinity pool and other side just to know what it looked like.

My main reason to stopover in Singapore was to see the Supertrees - and I wasn't disappointed. The whole gardens were beautifully laid out and thoroughly enjoyed the visit where we also went in Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. The weather wasn't too good but actually resulted in far fewer people so excellent for our visit ! Easy access on MRT and to Marine Sands hotel and shopping precinct too.

My main reason to stopover in Singapore was to see the Supertrees - and I wasn't disappointed. The whole gardens were beautifully laid out and thoroughly enjoyed the visit where we also went in Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. The weather wasn't too good but actually resulted in far fewer people so excellent for our visit ! Easy access on MRT and to Marine Sands hotel and shopping precinct too.

I purchased a ticket online so I wouldn't have to wait in the queue. Inside the domes everything was so beautiful! And I was lucky to see the Sakura in full bloom. I was there on a rainy day, and because you're inside the domes, this was a perfect activity. I came out of the last dome a couple of minutes before the light show at the super trees started at 7.45pm. A perfect ending of my visit!

Very cramped . We bought priority seats but this area was so tightly packed there was more room on the benches. 3 on the benches for every 4 people in the seats!! No control on people using mobile phones to record. Many holding them high above their heads which ruined the view. Needs a bit of management. Show was pretty good. Fireworks a bit disappointing but overall enjoyed the spectacle.

Great but need better details about getting there. Google advised getting off at a station Ang Mo Kio and taking public bus. This was a 40 minute journey. We should have stayed on the MRT until Khatib and got a special Zoo bus, cost $2.50 one way and took about 15 minutes

Note the selection subcategories are a bit limited and I couldn't select my extra description - it should be title 'my skip the line tickets did not provide an experience as expected'........and, as such, this isn't a review aimed at Headout but more so the experience. We tried to get organised by pre-buying tickets and thought saving 5% was a good idea. Why bother? Universal Studios had such long line ups, we ended up buying express tickets on the day as we didn't fancy 60 min+ line ups. We tried to be strategic by going on a Monday, no school holidays etc, but it really didn't make much difference. It was packed. Throw in two hours of no outside rides opearting due to a lightening and we felt quite short changed. The Night Safari - we thought we did the right thing by pre-buying tickets - that only gets you in the gate, once we got inside, the tram still had a 60 min queue. So we wandered the tracks on foot for an hour and half, and came out to a 30 min queue - by this time it was 9.30pm and everyone was done as the venue is SO BUSY with people rush, rush, rushing that we were so over people. And I should point out that thanks to the rush, rush, rush, you don't really get to see much wildlife, and who could blame them from hiding from that frantic atmosphere.

The Express Pass was really worthwhile as it saved a lot of time. I wish it had included the newer Minion attraction as well. I was only told there that the Express Pass could not be used & I needed to purchase additional "Express Plus" for those rides. I purchased a ticket online so I wouldn't have to wait in the queue. Inside the domes everything was so beautiful! And I was lucky to see the Sakura in full bloom. I was there on a rainy day, and because you're inside the domes, this was a perfect activity. I came out of the last dome a couple of minutes before the light show at the super trees started at 7.45pm. A perfect ending of my visit!

It was not our first time in singapore of which we had already seen zoo, universal studios singapore and scenic climb to marina bary sands for sunset oanorama. We would recommend it to families for excellent combination of nature jurassucge experiences and looking to the future. Dining services present suitable for all budgets and palates. Attraction reached directly by cab from hotel and booked without problems a day in advance. Preferable, given the temperatures in June and especially if you have children, to experience in the morning

The experiences themselves were awesome, but the Gardens by the Bay ticket said we had entry to 3 things, however it was only two which was frustrating when we'd allocated the day to these things. Also, Gardens by the Bay is nowhere near the Aquarium so I'm not sure why it's sold together as something you'd do in one day.

Plus the showers made a bit longer. and hardly any place to sit when in food courts during meal times. Tickets although was booked online a week ago, I had to chase the headout team to send me my online tickets till the night before the event day. Other than else , good experience at Universal studios, can introduce some parades with characters, that would attarct more visitors. The gardens were amazing! The Cloud in particular was stunning, with exquisite views and stunning plants. I also really enjoyed the Tulip exhibition, with more types than I was aware of. And the smell was just beautiful. All of the little hidden statues in the gardens were delightful, from Alice in Wonderland to Winnie the Pooh. Next time we are back, I would visit again.

I liked the choice of sitting below or above deck. The guide was referring to some places we could not see. A bit hit and miss. The driver dropped us off in the middle of the road at Little India and we couldn't locate the bus stop to get back on. This was the worst part of the tour- asking almost everyone where the pick-up bus stop was. We finally just took a taxi 🚕 back to our hotel 🏨. Any partial refund would be appreciated.

We couldnt find the stop locations online so we didnt know where to go to for start. And when we arrived the buschauffeur didnt give us a ticket but we could hop on without the tickets but only the online QR code. The second chauffeur was not friendly and mentioned that we needed a ticket. I showed him the QR but that wasn't enough. During the trip he was unfriendly for going to stand up for the next stop! While driving a heavy rainfall came down and there wasnt enough shelter on top. The rain came down on the sides and there where no sheeds to pull down. So i would say no not a good expierence!

For most of the buses we had a great time and they were courteous and driving safely. But one driver was not paying attention to the people getting off upstairs and my 85-year-old Aunty was on the stairs when he took off and nearly fell, then when we got downstairs, we explained to him that we were getting down from upstairs. And he complained that he had too many things to watch to pay attention to the camera, which I said to him that that's actually his job and he should be capable of doing that safely. I need the driver needs to take consideration of people getting off upstairs as well.

I like the recordings of the introductions of the places of interest. I purchased the tickets online. however, even downloaded the app I was not able to bring the tickets up at the bus stop. Only after trying for more than 10 minutes, the person who scanned the tickets told me to go to the counter. Then I found out they could easily pulled up my records in the system with the confirmation number. I wish it should be mentioned in the website and the person who scanned the tickets should have told me the alternative way to get the tickets once he knew I had problem doing it. This way it didn't have to waste my time to try so many times to do something impossible.

Gardens by the bay is a lovely experience and we were glad that we got to catch the orchid exhibit. In order to buy the entry to the 4D experience we were supposed to do a very long line, there is no option to buy it online, which makes no sense since we had purchased our tickets online. It was excellent experience and spectacular views the walk way gives excellent views of the gardens. On the downside the ticket restricted to a 4pm entry and thus was not made clear when booking that no acccess would be given after 4pm. Do we had to change our schedule. Was worth it though.

Attractions were awesome! The only thing is that entrance to OCBC Skyway and Cloud forest were from 9 am to 4, or 4:30 pm, even though I bought the tickets with entrance at 7:30 pm. I found that to be quite misleading/deceiving!
