Amazing symphony of lights, colors, graphics, waterworks, and fireworks combined with great storytelling. Watching it in the open-air beachfront is a unique and memorable experience.

Easy access. Plenty of seating. Great show. A little cornet in bits. Also felt it could explain a bit more about the periods. But overall really good. A little expensive though- should be around $15sgd

there was a delayed getting the tickets but we were visiting the attractions in the afternoon so no problem. Great overall

Very cramped . We bought priority seats but this area was so tightly packed there was more room on the benches. 3 on the benches for every 4 people in the seats!! No control on people using mobile phones to record. Many holding them high above their heads which ruined the view. Needs a bit of management. Show was pretty good. Fireworks a bit disappointing but overall enjoyed the spectacle.

The highlight of my visit was amazing and great .Worth to visit and definitely headout booking helped a lot to get ticket booked in advance avoiding long queues.Hassle free.

The show was magnificent, my 3 year old son absolutely loved it and didn't want it to end.

The location, the show, the special effects and fireworks, though the fireworks could have been longer!

I enjoyed the tree show rhapsody Garden. It was entertaining. But I do think the ticket prices were a bit much so if you have other things that you want to see and do in Singapore, you might want to spend your money other ways.

Amazing places. We enjoyed everything about Singapore. so much easier buying tickets online than buying tickets physically at the counters. Skip the long queue.

The Jurassic world experience was superb

The highlight of my visit was marlin bay , garden by bay, universal studio

The price is high, but the quality is high, and I was able to have a satisfying experience. It wasn't as crowded as I thought, and it was very fun.

The Flower Done was closed on the day we had booked even though we had paid for it in full. This was most disappointing as we had travelled all the way from England to go to the Flower Dome to see the orchids.

No problems with Headout, just wasn't that big in Floral Fantasy. The poison dart frogs were by far the best feature. The venue was fairly small and I was expecting displays more like they feature at Epcot in Florida. On the other hand Cloud Forest and the Flower Dome were fantastic.

Flower dome and Cloud forest were wonderful, busy however it was still fast to get in especially with prepaid tickets. Doing the Cloud forest while there was the misting effect is worth while.

Gardens experience was all very good but busy. The only issue with head out tickets was they were not recognized by the shuttle service and they didn't let us on shuttle. Best if you don't offer this part of the offer and waste peoples time. Overall no big deal though.

This is the perfect ticket to purchase because you get to see 3 incredible atractions. Do not hesitate. It's a must do in Singapore.

Amazing how the tropical trees are maintained indoors for people from the other end of the world to enjoy!Thefloral fantasy was fantastic and a must add on !

The planting was superb . The grandure the cross section of plants and how they grew so perfectly in such a controlled environment. The size and age of the olive trees was mind blowing. The cleanliness and the efficiency was also extremely impressive. We loved every minute

The Cloud Forest Jurassic World experience was excellent and so enjoyable for kids and adults alike! The Flower Dome was beautiful, we loved the roses installation.

The gardens were great. The Flower Dome was particularly great! The individual countries with the plants with attention to detail. Figures in between. The individual tickets were easy to scan.

Gardens by The bay is a must see, better than expected. The headcount app made it easy to access all attractions with no fuss.

Despite being the smallest of the Universal Studios around thw world, USS never cease to amaze us. It is a place that one can probably visit on a weekly basis given the opportunity. Queues are however long, but it's half the fun as it helps build anticipation for the attractions.

The queues where soo long. Over crowded. Went on 2 rides. Each ride was 2-3hr waiting. Not worth the money. Evem express tickets holder was waiting 1hr

Very disappointed by the inability to enjoy the activities due to overcrowded. One of my family and myself worst experiences in Singapore . I think I did not get any value to the tickets fees. I wrote feed back in google maps advising people to not to visit Singapore universal studios.

i did not like having to wait for over two hours to get on most of the rides. i know you offer a faster route but i as a single parent could not afford that route

Only thing lacking was stroller. There should have been more points with shade. And also wait in queue was very much. Should control number of tickets sold for the day.

Transformers was best and both the rolle was awsome.Thay approved our booking within 1 hour and we compleated all the main challanges and did extra also and the went on sunday fully crowded after that alos we completed 12 challanges.

Wait rime in the heat averaged 70 minutes per 6 minute ride duration. Might be OK if you are a keen teenager. Only managed one ride early on. Quite frankly, Disneyland 35 years ago had far more interesting rides and much better side attractions. In summary -not good value for money.

Everything was perfect, the attraction, the service and the people. My only problem was the prices which is extremely high comparing with my last visit to Sebtosa.

It was my wife and daughter, who actually went for the day, they had an amazing time, it was my daughters birthday so we had planned it for her but I wasn't in Singapore so my wife had to take her, they had a blast , some cues were long as told by my daughter in her story but she said it was the best bday in her 8 years, thank you guys and God for that.

The overall experience was awesome, and the ride that I liked the most was the Revenge of the Mummy. it is a well-kept park. highly recommendable !! keep it up

Cloud Forest was a intereting walk. Flower Dome was a bit blend and kind of incovenient to navigate. Universal Studio Singapore was less interesting than expected with Transformers and Water World closed down for maintenance. There was not enough attractions to keep us in the park for the full duration and we left after less than 6 hours. Minions and The Mmmy rides were good though - we went twice each.

A pro tip for future visitors is to carry enough sun protection, wear light clothes, and most importantly, if you're not buying the express pass, install the USS app to get real-time queue info and plan your rides accordingly, as the wait time for some rides is 2 hours.

Didn't know how to redeem the pass for tickets, the Hop-On Hop-Off staff were extremely unfriendly, annoyed and didn't want to take the time to help us. (Had several people on one pass) Did not manage to do a tour in time, this would be late in the evening, could not give the tickets back, although the show would only be in the evening. It is difficult to decide on the number of activities in advance, as you don't know whether you will be able to do everything in time.

Seems package of three visit place was costely

I’m writing to express my disappointment with our recent purchase of five attractions for two people at a total cost of $453. Despite this significant expense, we’ve only received a 10% discount on tours and other activities, which barely amounts to $100 in savings. This leaves us feeling that we've paid over $350 with little value in return. We attempted to contact customer service and the help line to discuss our concerns, but unfortunately, we have yet to receive a response. This lack of support has only added to our frustration. I strongly believe this package did not deliver the value promised, and I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation can be rectified. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Easy and you're cheaper 👍🏻

The 7 day pass we bought was an amazing buy. We managed to enjoy about 19 of the different experiences on the pass saving us a large amount of money if we have paid for entrances on the day. It was so easy just turning up to attractions and presenting our pass. The pass is an excellent way to make the most of singapore

I had access but not enough time.I wish someone can advise you better on which trips to do 1st vs going there and realising you cant do that tour today.

The pass made my ttrip smoother and easier. A frustration I experienced was the Royal Albatross being closed, which was one of the main xeperiences I was looking forward to, so that was annoying, especially since I missed out on the chance to use a 50 SGD voucher.

Need not to buy tickets separately just one pass was enough. Directions and booking requirements were mentioned for each activity which made it even easier to get to and enjoy.

Pre-booking was required for sky luge, I was not aware of that & had to pay out of pocket for it. Agent Amit didn't paid attention to my sentence on chat & gave my unhelpful reply in the end.

The process was seamless, just the apac bookings didnt deply on time and i was stuck at night safari for 1 hour, on call internationally with go city agent, not getting any help. I got my tickets after 1 hour after waiting for apac booking emails.
