It is a good experience to have contact with snow in Singapore. I went with a 3 year old girl and I don't think the boots and gloves are appropriate for such young children because of the type of soles they slip easily and the gloves don't allow them to play with the snow. It should be specified for children to wear appropriate clothing to enjoy the experience.

We experienced disappointment upon discovering that only 18 photos were taken. Photos serve as the primary means of preserving memories. As attendees were restricted from taking their own photos, reliance was placed on the event photographers. Regrettably, the photos captured during the relatively quiet hour around 12:30 pm were unsatisfactory, totaling only 18 photos. This was especially disappointing, considering it was our three-year-old daughter's first time attending, and we had expected the photographers to take numerous high-quality photos. And I paid $60 for 18 soft copies n 2 printed photos.
It's not a good experience it was supercold atleast telling earlier so we can prepare properly. Inside was a mess and the picture was over price it's scary experience my kids didn't enjoy and we got out fast. With a very dissatisfaction feelings boring and no fun. Atleast let people bring 1 mobile for memory because they charging the photo so horrible expensive.
We enjoyed the snowplay. As it was weekday less crowdes thus we had more space to yourselves. Memorable pictures were captured by the team & end of trip we could purchase them but I personally find it very expensive..
My daughter enjoyed the 3 slides. The queues were short so very little waiting time. Headout ticketing was easy to use and affordable.
I went before to Snow City at Marina Bay Area. The venue and experience was much better. Also not allowed to take pictures.
The area was quite small, with only a few attractions: the Arctic Snow Slide, Drift on Ice, and Indoor Boulder. The snow on the ground was barely enough to build a snowman. Overall, it was a disappointing experience
I failed to notice the closing hours is 5:30pm when i bought the tickets at 4plus.. Ironically, how can the website still sell tickets which can't be use?
No difference of buying the ticket online or there, both need to queue in the same line and it's cause long waiting time. Was not told if there is another ticket for bumper car as the counter person forget to issue us and need to requeue again.
There is a new winding slide built alongside the straight-down ride. Looks asthetically pleasing too.

Both parks are amazing. I can easily see why they are considered the best. Birds paradise gives you a possibility of seeing birds flying free as park is divided into geographically themed zones. And you get to be close to the birds! During my stay storm hit the park - and I hid under on of the covered areas - with the birds also hiding from rain! Amazing. Zoo is also good - many monkeys are literally above you, you sometimes forget that you are in the zoo! I spend a full day at each park and I liked it - I was able to walk on my own pace etc. You could do both in one day as well.
Loveeed your service so fast thnkyou headout✨
wonderful and magical zoo wonderful and magical zoo you find monkeys lions chihat and many more.we recommend to visit that place
Beautiful landscape and arrangements. African part we loved most . Theatre show made the day !

We did have a great time but a lot of rides were closed for maintenance and other rides temporarily closed . Myself and my partner had been before and decided to bring our teenage kids and we hyped it up and then a lot of stuff was closed for maintenance so it was a bit of a Bugger but still had fun ..
Really enjoyed the reef it was relaxing and fun to swim with the fish, the lazy river was really fun too!
Really great and except one disappointment since one ride was closed
Didn't download. Took 45min and multiple attempts to sort it out. The help desk was a robot and kept cutting off.

Amazing experience at universal and Gardens by the bay . The light show must be watched . Enjoyed all rides at universal studio
The experience was great, kept our 7 year old entertained by not being too long, having the interactivity of using a wand and lots of different rooms. Ticketing was easy to buy online, but it should be better sign posted and/or clearly marked on tickets as to where to go when you get off Sentosa Express.
Everything about the trip was good. I was travelling with my mom who is 80 yrs old. I feel that guidance about lift facility for Sr citizens should be more highlighted
The Wings of Time never disappoints and we have seen it three times! Would be really exciting if they developed a new show at some stage.
Brought my nieces there and they loved so much
Its Good but not better than Disneyland
I was hesitant after reading poor reviews but Headout were fantastic. They answered any questions I had, tickets arrived early and worked.
Rides in order of priority 1. Cylon 2. Human 3. Revenge of Mummy 4. Jurassic Park 5. Wings of... 6. Transformers Rest I do not recall Donkey show was good Donkey
The workers were all adorable and smiling. Also the rides are great and you just feel like a child again. The food choices are good and the park is realy clean. I had an amazing day ! Thank you Universal Studio Singapore ! (You're better than the one in LA for me 😉)
Beautiful and easy to move around. One bad thing, the universal express allows us to do the attraction one time only which is illogical. We paid more than we paid for the ticket so you can't tell us to access just once.
The Transformers attraction was for me, the best of all. I attended on a Tuesday and didn't have to wait that long, the maximum was 45 minutes, but it was worth it.

The experiences themselves were awesome, but the Gardens by the Bay ticket said we had entry to 3 things, however it was only two which was frustrating when we'd allocated the day to these things. Also, Gardens by the Bay is nowhere near the Aquarium so I'm not sure why it's sold together as something you'd do in one day.
All the staff were great. Big issues: poor signage, total lack of general seating especially around the area between first station - universal studios- forum and the aquarium; lack of cafes. Then when we went to the beach area where there were cafes we chose the wrong one -Good Old Days - the food was terrible 😞
The rides and shows were really good. However long ques of more than an hour waiting time exhausted us. Plus the showers made a bit longer. and hardly any place to sit when in food courts during meal times. Tickets although was booked online a week ago, I had to chase the headout team to send me my online tickets till the night before the event day. Other than else , good experience at Universal studios, can introduce some parades with characters, that would attarct more visitors. Cloud forest and Flower dome was amazing beautiful ! love to go back again
We had a nice experience in both attractions. Only needed to show the pdf tickets at the entrance. My only concern was that it took a little time for the gardens by the bay tickets to be processed and delivered thru email which made me worry a bit.
Ticketing experience was quite stressful, as I had to follow up for USS tickets till the previous night. Aquarium ticketing was prompt. Poor response from headout.
It was a good experience and had enjoyed the rides like Mummies, Roller coaster, 3D nd 4D shows. It was excellent. We had a nice time in Sentosa Universal Studio. Thankyou very much.
Excellent day out with the kids. The venue wasn't too busy when we went so got lucky. Not long wait times for rides. Some even not wait straight on without waiting. I had a 6 year old and a 13 year old they loved it. My favourite ride was the Transformers ride.
Great price. Awesome time in universal studio. Will do again next time.
Puss in boots but the queue is super long
Transformers the best, and also sci fi
The show was incredible. Totally worth the money. Kids (6-12yrs old) and husband loved it as well.
Great atmosphere, the park is a pleasure to visit 👀 🤩
