Book SkyHelix Sentosa Tickets

I was denied to enter to Cable car and Wings of time for our 2 child tickets which they were saying that it got expired. I had to purchase new tickets there.

The operators didn't really want to get on the dining pass, too bad. The gondola ride should definitely be carried out.

Not knowing that the tickets were not instant was a problem. We should be able to buy the tickets and have them instantly available rather than having to wait up to two hours to receive them.

Quick response and tickets on-time.

Ticketing experience was great, but the queue at the boarding point was quite long. It took more than 40 minutes to reach car. There could be a better way to manage the queue.

Lots of fun great place plenty to see and do. We were lucky enough that the food festival was on. Great atmosphere. So impressed with how clean everything is. The only criticism I have were the staff at the Ola beach Club restaurant were extremely rude and not helpful at all with explaining how our dining pass worked. So that was a shame. My motto is if your not happy in your job just leave you don't take it out on your customers. My husband ended speaking to a young girl that explained how it works but she was the only one that was happy to be at work. Apart from that we had a lovely time.

Cable car ride was very nice and lunch exceptional. We were asked to book n time for helix ride and waited in a long queue when it started to rain. No refund nor can we go on a nother time

This cabke car ride was great as the exeprince both crsooing over and within the island was an amazing ride. The Sky helix was breth taking and it just gave us a great panoramic view of the surrounding at that height. But sadly I did not get to use the dinning pass to dine in any of the participating restuarants as I was trying to book a reservation but no counter was able to help. I trust this can be improved and the ease to coordinate with the reservation with the restaurants.

We particularly loved the spectacular views from the cable car, also from the Skywalk at Port Silosa.

The entire experience was awesone and fantastic . The foos at Taj villlage was very sumptuous and truly indian
