Snow City Singapore
Super and Very nice and Good and enjoy
the snow city trip was awesome. Me n kids enjoyed it
Nice fun for the kids, especially when there is no where to go due to rains!
We experienced disappointment upon discovering that only 18 photos were taken. Photos serve as the primary means of preserving memories. As attendees were restricted from taking their own photos, reliance was placed on the event photographers. Regrettably, the photos captured during the relatively quiet hour around 12:30 pm were unsatisfactory, totaling only 18 photos. This was especially disappointing, considering it was our three-year-old daughter's first time attending, and we had expected the photographers to take numerous high-quality photos. And I paid $60 for 18 soft copies n 2 printed photos.
Very underwhelming
The snow play was too simple where there was not Much Snow to play with. The gloves for rent could not withstand the coldness. The jacket was good but no hoodie which would have been better for the ears getting Very cold . The bumper car ride was really outdated ! Anyway it was an experience of coldness beyond cold.
We enjoyed the snowplay. As it was weekday less crowdes thus we had more space to yourselves. Memorable pictures were captured by the team & end of trip we could purchase them but I personally find it very expensive..
My daughter enjoyed the 3 slides. The queues were short so very little waiting time. Headout ticketing was easy to use and affordable.

Nothing since I couldn't use the ticket till now. The ticket was not working at all. I tried to book universal studio like 3 times and all I got was errors. It was a fraud. Not at all happy. And all agents did was refund 5% of the total cost. Very disappointing. I won't be recommending it to anyone. Infact might have to recommend not to take one from Headout.

i was not allowed at Skypark on when i reached @ 4PM , thoughthe ticket said entry until 6 PM but i was denied, after persuasion the gentlemen by the name Michael asked us to come next day , since skypark is not worth in day time, we missed the evening and the sunset. Also at Gsrden by the bay had no clue what was eligble for us, we were told on 2 places we could go, so felt a bit cheated and the expereince was no good. Could not use Hop on the bus at all.
really poor. i need a refund, but i work so i'm tight on time.
I paid more than the actual ticket price at the venue.
I had the 3 attraction ticket to go see universal studios, gardens by the bay and the night safari. I contacted the operator and asked if I could use this ticket for all three attractions and got told that I could. When I went to universal studios they said the ticket is not valid and I had to pay $83 (x2 for 2 tickets) in addition and have a attraction that I did not use so wasting around $200 for the two tickets. Have not taken accountability and I want a refund.
Nothing. I also over paid for the attractions especially with limitations of Use, etc
Everything. Cleanness and excellent customer service from the staff
