• The EZ-Link card is a contactless card, so you simply need to tap the card to make your payment.
• You can top up your EZ-Link card at the Top Up Kiosk (TUKs) at train stations, selected MRT stations, and specific Cheers & 7-Eleven convenience stores.

• These tickets can’t be cancelled. However, you can use them any time within the next 3 months.
• These tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

• When your pass expires, it reverts to a normal EZ-Link adult card, which you can choose to top-up later.

• The duration and validity of the pass are based on the operating hours of the basic public transport system.
• 1-day coverage of the pass begins from your 1st usage of the pass to the end of the public transport service for the same day. This is typically around midnight.
• Usage of the 2 & 3 day cards must be on consecutive days.
• Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code.
• With your QR code, you can collect your physical Singapore Tourist Pass from convenient locations around Singapore.
• These locations include automated kiosks at train stations, specific Cheers and Prosegur Change Money Changer outlets, and SimplyGo ticket offices.
