Everything worked out as planned....team was on time, very friendly and acted as the perfect tour guides. One guy made lots of photos during the trip and as soon as we got off the side cars, he sent us a little movie summary from our trip. Great, great service.

What a fabulous way to explore the sights of Singapore 🇸🇬 our tour guides were fabulous along with all the informative information and offers to take our photos too. A truly memorable experience - 10 out of 10 ⭐️

Yong our guide was one of the best we have known, his knowledge and passion were evident. The food we sampled was a great example of local cuisine and there was plenty for all in the group.

There were exciting insights with good information from Sindelfingen.

Bus boarding point should be told to the prospective client before booking the ticket.s. Telephone number of the guide or ticketing booth for the bus ride should be mentioned to facilitate client to reach the place of bus boarding point. It was very difficult to locate the bus boarding point. Mention clearly that the barding point is in Santosa island. There were only 3 passengers in our Bus & ride duration was only for 1 hour & 15 minutes. Exaggerated publicity about this bus tour. Not value for money at all. Free bus / shuttle services are available in Santos's island. Please don't fool the tourists about your bus rides. I will not recommend your bus service to any tourist visiting Santos's island. Let's facilitate our tourists & not fool them. I have a very poor view of your company & application especially for bus ride in Santosa island.

Nothing much to see. Just drive around and go back.

Lots of stories, great stops and the perfect end to watch the light show in the Gardens by Marina Bay. Great way to see some key spots around town, escape the heat of the day by going at night and the Satay from the Hawker Centre was awesome! Aimed for tourists who have just arrived but we really loved the authentic aspects of it too. Totally recommend!!

Tour guide and driver were excellent, but we were disappointed with the light show, we had heard marvellous things about it but it didn't deliver to what we expected.

The ticketing process was easy and the tour very efficiently run. It's a great way to see some of the sights of Singapore in a short time frame

Because of the national holiday, we had very little time to explore the city as usual... We waited too long for the bus at the Sathay food court... The bus was wobbly I wouldn't recommend it for the price it costs...

The tour should have never gone ahead considering it was the national holiday. The tour guide said it was very crowded, so he knew full well what he was taking us into. The first stop, we were there for 10 minutes then had to wait over an hour for an alternate bus to collect us as the first bus got 'parked in' (with two passengers on board!!! I hope they are ok!) We stood on the side on the road, marching from pick up point to pick up point. The tour guide couldn't contact the driver... it was mayhem. Finally we got to the second stop, the guide insisted we sit down and wait for 45 mins and that we would see fireworks. We did not. We stayed here for over an hour. Ridiculous. We should have been told we could walk around to get a better view. The truth is he wanted us all to stay together so he didn't lose anyone. Then a coach picked us up (not an open top bus) And took us to the hawker centre. The traffic was absolute chaos. Finally they took us to the hawker centre and got told to look around until 10pm (about 45 mins). At this point I decided we had enough and walked my children to the MRT. We didn't get the tour we paid for. We didn't get the experience described. I understand it was a national holiday, this is not an excuse from the absolute disaster we experienced.

I thought the tour was perfect. Well organized, the guide was great and what we could see and appreciate during the tour to finish with the Hotel light show was fantastic. Highly recommended for all those who want to spend an unforgettable moment.

The tour was set up and run so well but what made it amazing was our guide - Elfie Selfie. His knowledge was second to none and nothing was a problem.

Good stop off view points , the guide had good knowledge of all the areas. Roger the guide on bus 52 3rd March 2025 warned us that the bus would go without us if we were 2 minutes late, this was fine to be told once but not several times during the tour! The guide at the intial dam stop told us not take photographs until he had finished speaking, after about 10 mins he stopped talking then it was a mad rush to the bus as no one wanted to be left behind! The fear of being left behind spoilt the tour . At the end of the tour the guide asked the passengers where they wanted to be dropped off. In the brouchure it stated that there would be a coulple of drops if people wanted to go and get a meal and do more sightseeing, otherwise we woudl be taken back to where the tour started. With this in mind, and not knowing Singapore very well , I had planned to get the MRT back to the hotel. Several of the passengers put in requests to the guide . There were 10 stops altogether before returning to the main depot this meant that we had to circle the city another time dropping people off and we didnt get back to the depot until 10.15 pm. with only a handful of people left on the bus. I did make a complaint to Roger as I left the bus, stating that whilst it was a nice thing to do for some of the passengers there were also some very tired and frustrated passengers still left on the bus. There should have only been at least two stops as promised when I booked these tickets. I think the only reason the guide did this was to get the tip box full of money, which he managed to achieve that evening. ( The tour ended very late!!!!! )

The driver was great, well knowledged and very considerate of the tourists. His name was Roger. He helped us get a better knows of Singapore.

Great way to see Singapore at night. Tour guide was engaging and knowledgeable. The Barrage was an unexpected surprise stop that was a great vantage point for photos. Highly recommend

Ticketing was smooth without any issues we had a stroller that had to be left behind at the office. Lined up for few minutes before scheduled time and on boarded the vessel. Once the tour commenced the guide was very knowdledgeable and provided a great source of info.

It's very nice scenery First time take a boat ride. Only the tour guide speak more mandarin than English it's ok I understand the tourist most of them from china.My experience the boat water splash it's fun and enjoyed Keep it up!!! 👍👍👍

Headout is a total scam! I selected the date and time of the tour. However headout did not book the timing. And I was denied entry at the tour!

The Duck Ride was CANCELLED last minute wihout notice when I arrived at City Tours HQ - imagine the embarrassment as I had brought my guest! I even had to ask for alternatives and was given the Open Top Bus Ride instead. Kinldy advise on refund as tickets for Duck Ride were more than the Open Top Bus Ride.

Originally, I received a letter indicating that my travel reservation was successful, but later I received a letter stating that the reservation was full and the date needed to be changed. I have indicated that I need a refund to my credit card, but have not received a reply yet.

I had never heard of an amphibious vehicle and I was so curious to take the tour. I must it was better than my imagination.

The moment I read it was amphibious it blew my mind and the real version is even crazier. The vehicle just glided from the water and right onto land. Such a unique way of exploring a new city.

If you are traveling with kids you must go on this tour, it's super cool when the vehicle goes into the water like a duck.

I decided to go on for Instagram, I figured might as well get a unique post. But the actual ride was so much fun, totally unexpected!
