What to bring

• Bring along a spare set of clothes, as you may get wet at select attractions. Most restrooms have a changing area.

What's not allowed

• Photography and videography are not permitted while experiencing the attractions.
• Pets are not allowed within the premises, except for service animals.
• No costumes or full-faced masks are allowed inside the park.
• Re-entry is not allowed.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted into the park except baby food, formulas and food for guests with special dietary requirements. Bag checks will be conducted at the entrance.

Accessibility

• This experience is accessible by prams/strollers and wheelchairs.
• Stroller and wheelchair rentals are available near the park entrance at a fee. The rented stroller and wheelchair can only be used within Universal Studios Singapore.
• All restaurants, stores, toilets, lockers, and common areas are accessible to guests using wheelchairs.

Additional information

• For safety purposes, children aged 7 and below must be accompanied by a participant age 18 and above at all times during the VIP Experience.
• Participant under the age of 18 will require their parent or legal guardian to fill up an indemnity form for their participation in the VIP Experience.

• Facilities: Prayer room, halal-certified and vegetarian restaurants, ATMs, retail shops, lockers on rent, and Baby Centre.

What to bring

• Wear covered footwear and ensure all loose items are secured for access to support areas.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for infant formula.
• Motorised or wheeled mobility equipment such as skate-scooters, in-line skates, roller-blades, unicycles, Segways, bicycles, tricycles, and pull-trolleys are not permitted. Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) are allowed subject to terms and conditions.
• Guests wearing full-face masks, helmets, full face painting, or any headgear that hides the entire face will not be admitted.
• Photography (without flash) and video recording are allowed inside the Singapore Oceanarium, but not inside the Marine Mammal Habitat.
• Bags are subject to inspection before entry.

Accessibility

• All public areas at Singapore Oceanarium are wheelchair accessible.
• Selected support areas are not wheelchair accessible due to stairs and a lack of ramps; access to these areas may be restricted for guests with mobility needs.
• For the safety of all guests, crutches, strollers, and electric mobility devices are not permitted in support areas.

Additional information

• Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a paying parent or legal guardian at all times. The allowable ratio is 1 adult to 3 children.
• The experience is open to participants aged 4 and above. Exceptions may be made for children under 4 who can walk independently in support areas.
• All guests must follow their guides on a predetermined itinerary during behind-the-scenes tours.
• Proper attire must be worn at all times.
• Hand stamp and ticket are required for same-day re-entry.
• Complimentary refreshments are provided at the start of the Ocean in Focus programme. Participants with dietary requirements should inform a member of staff of any restrictions.

What to bring

• Bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses for sun protection.

Ray Bay Encounter

• Participants are required to wear booties, and gloves are compulsory for the feeding hand.

What’s not allowed

• Cash payments are not accepted; only contactless payments are allowed throughout Resorts World Sentosa.
• Food and drinks from outside Adventure Cove Waterpark are not permitted inside the Waterpark, except Baby food, formulas and food for guests with special dietaries.
• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
• Strict dress code: Diapers/napkins, undergarments, jeans, jackets, shoes/slippers, long skirts, clothes with buttons/zipper, and attire with buckles are not allowed.

Accessibility

• Personal strollers and wheelchairs are welcome in the Adventure Cove Waterpark. The Adventure Cove Waterpark has been designed to give barrier-free access to most routes within.
• Certain rides have height requirements for safety; please check signage at each attraction.
• Tubes are provided for select attractions and for guests to use in the Adventure River. Guests may also obtain a personal flotation jacket for use at Bluwater Bay or the Adventure River subject to availability.

Additional information

• A valid handstamp and admission ticket are required to be presented for re-entry.
• For the safety of our guests and team members in the event of severe weather with lightning, all outdoor attractions in Adventure Cove Waterpark may close temporarily.
• Personal Flotation Jackets are required and provided for guests who wish to experience Rainbow Reef. Restrictions applies regarding the use of personal flotation devices on select slides and attractions.

Ray Bay Encounter

• All participants must complete and sign the health declaration and indemnity forms onsite before the experience. Participants under the age of 21 must have a parent/legal guardian (must be 21 years old and above) present onsite to complete and sign the health declaration and indemnity forms.
• Child participants must be accompanied by a paying parent/legal guardian (must be 21 years old & above) in the water. (Maximum of 3 children per 1 parent/legal guardian)

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the venue for security reasons.
• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not allowed inside the exhibition spaces.

• The venue is wheelchair accessible, with accessible restrooms available on site.

• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Admission tickets are not required for children under 4 years of age, but they must always be accompanied by an adult ticketholder.
• The experience is recommended for guests aged 12 and above.
• The duration of the experience is approximately 60 minutes.
