What's not allowed

• Re-entry is not allowed.
• Keeping in mind that food and beverages are not allowed in this experience. Pack wisely!
• Babies in arms are not allowed during the boat ride.

Accessibility

• Baby prams are not permitted inside the attraction and must be left at the designated drop-off point. Please note that management is not responsible for loss or damage to prams or valuables left unattended.
• Madame Tussauds Singapore is wheelchair-friendly. Guests will be assisted by staff using a dedicated elevator, though only two wheelchairs can be accommodated at a time. \
• Wheelchair rentals are not available on-site.
• All wax figures are displayed on the ground floor for convenient access.
• Marvel 4D Cinema: This experience includes strobes and sudden seat movements. It is not suitable for expectant mothers, guests with heart, back, neck, or similar conditions, or those with medical sensitivity to strobe effects.
• VR Racing Experience:
• Riders must be at least 1.4m tall and under 120kg.
• Not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with heart/back issues, epilepsy, schizophrenia, broken limbs, or mobility limitations.
• Children under 12 or shorter than 1.4m must be accompanied by an adult. Babies-in-arms are not permitted.

Additional information

• Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above.
• Children aged 12 years and below, and of height below 1.4m have to be accompanied by an adult during the boat ride.
• Guests are welcome to touch and pose with the figures—just handle them gently to keep them in perfect condition.
• Madame Tussauds Singapore does not provide refunds or replacements if any featured entitlement is unavailable due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

What's not allowed

Skyline Luge

• Children under the age of 6 years and under the height of 110cm are restricted from riding the Luge alone.
• Children under the height of 135cm are restricted from riding the Skyride alone. The minimum height to ride accompanied by an adult is 85cm.

Singapore Cable Car

• Keep in mind that flammable materials, lithium batteries, motorized wheelchairs, electronic scooters, and helium balloons are not allowed in this experience. Pack wisely!
• Smoking is prohibited inside the cable car.

Accessibility

Skyline Luge

• This experience is not the best fit for pregnant women. It is recommended to plan your visit after the baby is born.
• Refrain from taking the Skyride and Luge if you have a medical condition that makes it more likely for you to sustain an injury.

Singapore Cable Car

• This experience is accessible by wheelchairs and pram/strollers.
• Guests using wheelchairs can alight at any cable car station, where lifts are provided for your convenience.

Additional information

Skyline Luge

• Children who do not meet the specified height requirements can ride the Luge with an adult by purchasing the Child Doubling ticket on the spot ($12 per ticket for unlimited rides).
• It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and covered-toe shoes.
• For their safety, it is recommended that children under 8 years old remain on the Jungle (Red) Track. Clear signage will help riders identify the appropriate tracks.
• Guests who have purchased their tickets online can only redeem this voucher at Skyline Luge Singapore 24 hours after purchase. You have a 30-minute grace period for redemptions. Delays beyond this will be handled at Skyline Luge’s sole discretion.

Singapore Cable Car

• The capacity for each cable car cabin is limited to 8 guests.
• Cable Car Sky Pass, Mount Faber Line, and Faber Licence ticket holders can upgrade one-way of their round trip to a SkyOrb Cabin for $15 at Mount Faber counters or online.
