The shower is clean. I also can sleep properly on the sofa. So clean and the food is also good.

We were confirmed that I will be able to use the facility when I arrive at Singapore from Delhi. But the lounge is after check-in in the departures area in Singapore, hence I was not allowed access. When we went to the plaza premium lounge at terminal 1, they did not allow me to go into the lounge even though I shown the ticket I purchased from you. I lost all the money I paid, the total of 66 Singapore dollars. Please arrange to refund my money
