What to bring

• Bring a valid photo ID to match the name on your booking if requested at the entrance.

What’s not allowed

• Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the venue for security reasons.
• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
• Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Flash photography, tripods, and filming equipment are not allowed inside the exhibition spaces.

• Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Admission tickets are not required for children under 4 years of age, but they must always be accompanied by an adult ticketholder.

• The duration of the experience is approximately 60 minutes.

Singapore Cable Car

• Tip: For a fun experience, look out for Hello Kitty-themed cabins for a quirky twist on the cable car ride!
• Each cabin fits 8 people max, so you’ll get an exclusive view. Check the map for routes before your visit.
• The cable car is wheelchair accessible, but be sure to check with staff for assistance at the stations.
• What’s not allowed: Flammable items, lithium batteries, motorized wheelchairs, and helium balloons are prohibited; no smoking inside the cabin.

Adventure Cove Park

• Bring along swimming/waterproof diapers for kids, board shorts, swimming suit/bikini, wet suit/body suit, googles, full body swimwear, round neck t-shirt, and water shoes/booties.
• Bring sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses for sun protection.
• The park is wheelchair accessible.
• What’s not allowed: Food and drinks from outside Adventure Cove Waterpark are not permitted inside the Waterpark, except Baby food, formulas and food for guests with special dietaries.

Singapore Oceanarium

• Tip: Don’t miss the open-ocean habitat—it's one of the largest glass panels in the world, providing an awe-inspiring view of marine life.
• Age restriction: Aquarist Lab is available for children 4 and older.
• Bring along your towel and swimsuit to participate in the Dolphin Island activities.
• The aquarium is fully accessible to guests with mobility impairments, and services like wheelchairs are available on-site.
• Facilities: Nursing rooms
