Visit Jurong Bird Park for a lesson in bird diversity and get a closer look at different types of birds. Spread over 20 hectares, it is Asia's largest bird park, having a collection of over 5,000 birds from 400 species. Waterfall Aviary, one of the world's largest walk-in aviaries, is one of the more attractive places inside Jurong Bird Park. There are over 600 birds and a 30-metre-high waterfall inside this area.

Cathedral | Tourist attraction

A stunning example of colonial-era architecture, St Andrew's Cathedral is the largest of its kind in Singapore. It was designed by executive engineer and superintendent of the Public Works Department, Colonel Ronald MacPherson, in 1856, replacing the original chapel destroyed by lightning strikes in 1852. The cathedral served as an emergency hospital during World War II and contains several memorials dedicated to important people in Singapore's history.
