Purchasing online was simple enough and the tickets were there on the phone almost immediately. However, key information was either hard to fiind or missing. One such was what to do next...like avoid the ticketing office and go styraight to boarding. Unfortunately, myself and my partner waited at the mOunt faber office and we were the queue...only us....nobody else but guess what, little bad attitude, racist, homphobic miss hitler refused to answer one simple question untl we had both walked round the ropes and entered her winow area the roped route and bear in mind, there was nobody else there, absolutely nobody. aS we obliged her stupidity, two locals appeared, walked to her window and were served.......total racism. Had the tickets told us to skip the line, we would never have had to face that vile excuse for a human. The remainder of the experince was absoluitely sperb. The cable cars were clean annd we had one to ourselves. there was a local photographer to capture the experience but his prices at $45 for one photo seemed a bit OTT even for Singapore. The views from the cars were superb and the overall exerience was highly recommended. if you are joining at Mount Faber, avoid that ticket office. She needs some form of customer service training and at least one lesson in how to be a decent human being. Better still, with an attitude like hers, she should be sacked.

A very nice experience to eat in a cable car and have awesome view while at it. The staff were also very friendly. Just a small suggestion where some chairs can be placed somewhere for diners to seat while waiting for the bistro to be open would be nice.

Service at the restaurant was great. However, it was somewhat rushed to have to finish the main course and dessert onboard. Wish the time onboard cable car can be a lil longer.

This cabke car ride was great as the exeprince both crsooing over and within the island was an amazing ride. The Sky helix was breth taking and it just gave us a great panoramic view of the surrounding at that height. But sadly I did not get to use the dinning pass to dine in any of the participating restuarants as I was trying to book a reservation but no counter was able to help. I trust this can be improved and the ease to coordinate with the reservation with the restaurants.

Couples and families can turn the trip into a dining experience with meals, desserts, or even bubbies at Mount Faber.

Things to know before booking your Singapore Cable Car ride

Choose between two routes: Mount Faber and Sentosa

  1. Mount Faber Line: Hop on for scenic views of the city and harbor. This line features three stops—Mount Faber Station, HarbourFront Station, and Sentosa Station—and provides entry to Sentosa Island.
  2. Sentosa Line: Connects you directly to hotspots within Sentosa Island. It has three stops as well: Imbiah Lookout Station, Merlion Station, and Siloso Point Station; bringing you closer to attractions like Universal Studios, Madame Tussauds, and more.

Understanding your ticket options

  1. If you want to experience just the main route, the Round-Trip Sky Pass: Mount Faber Line offers a round-trip ride on the Mount Faber Line only, taking you from Mount Faber to Sentosa and back in about 26-30 minutes.
  2. For the full experience, the Sky Pass (Round-Trip): Sentosa & Mount Faber Line includes round-trip rides on both the Mount Faber Line and the Sentosa Line, covering all stops and routes in approximately 38-45 minutes. This option is perfect if you want to see everything the cable car offers and access all attractions.
  3. Combo tickets: Double the fun with combo experiences like a fun cocktail-making workshop, a visit to Universal Studios, Gardens by the Bay, Wings of Time, Singapore Oceanarium, or SkyHelix Sentosa. It's a great way to save and get more out of your day.
  4. Upgrade one leg of your round trip between Mount Faber and Sentosa Stations to the SkyOrb glass-bottom cabin for a unique viewing experience.

Dining experiences

  1. For the foodie in you, dine in the sky with a round-trip pass with meals . Before boarding, you can have these meals at the Arbora Cafe at Mount Faber peak.
  2. Perfect for romantic dinners or special occasions, the private cable car dining experience combines stunning views with great food. You can choose from a four-course Peranakan menu, a Nordic-Asian menu by Chef Mathew Leong, a Champagne Cabin with charcuterie, or a Beer Cabin with a Tiger Beer tower and snacks.

Time your cable car journey:

  1. Full-day in Sentosa: If you're planning to spend the whole day on Sentosa Island, opt for the round-trip Sky Pass. Start your morning with a scenic ride into Sentosa and return in the evening to experience the cable car by night—a perfect way to bookend your day!
  2. Half-day trip: Have 4-5 hours to spare? Choose a round-trip on the Mount Faber line. Pair this with attractions like Universal Studios, Gardens by the Bay, or the Singapore Oceanarium for a compact yet fulfilling trip.
  3. Evening ride: Planning a ride in the second half of the day? It's ideal to add the Wings of Time show, which takes place at 7:45pm and 8:45pm only.
