The transformers ride A 3D and Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem are definiately worth doing the graphics and movement of seating realy makes you feel like you are on a rollercoaster ride when infact your not, 5stars. Revenge of the mummy ride, again better than what I was expecting, I give 5 star. Jurassic Park Rapids we did get wet, but as preiously stated before it was stormy weather, we were already soaked and gave up on umbrellas and rain ponchos. We expected rides to not be running but to our surprise all were running, no lightning thou on our day just a lot of rain during the morning.

This visit made me and my family appreciate the fact that this world belongs not only to humans, rather these spicies are habitat of ths planet earlier than us. Very astonishing fact is that there are few jelly fish which are yet to identified basis their origin. So the name tag says that it's not yet recognised. Awesome is an understatement. Not only for kids but my mother an elderly is equally amazed.

We left from Mt Faber so great views over to Sentosa and then back again. Great to be able to stop mid-point and walk to Vivo City

Didn't know how to redeem the pass for tickets, the Hop-On Hop-Off staff were extremely unfriendly, annoyed and didn't want to take the time to help us. (Had several people on one pass) Did not manage to do a tour in time, this would be late in the evening, could not give the tickets back, although the show would only be in the evening. It is difficult to decide on the number of activities in advance, as you don't know whether you will be able to do everything in time.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with our recent purchase of five attractions for two people at a total cost of $453. Despite this significant expense, we’ve only received a 10% discount on tours and other activities, which barely amounts to $100 in savings. This leaves us feeling that we've paid over $350 with little value in return. We attempted to contact customer service and the help line to discuss our concerns, but unfortunately, we have yet to receive a response. This lack of support has only added to our frustration. I strongly believe this package did not deliver the value promised, and I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation can be rectified. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Despite being the smallest of the Universal Studios around thw world, USS never cease to amaze us. It is a place that one can probably visit on a weekly basis given the opportunity. Queues are however long, but it's half the fun as it helps build anticipation for the attractions.
Transformers ride was great Ancient Egypt and minions gifts shops were good Universal main gift shops was very nice
It was easy to get the info and the payment process went smoothly, besides guidance was wonderful. Thank you Headout. I used for all my vacation tickets!
The queues where soo long. Over crowded. Went on 2 rides. Each ride was 2-3hr waiting. Not worth the money. Evem express tickets holder was waiting 1hr
Very disappointed by the inability to enjoy the activities due to overcrowded. One of my family and myself worst experiences in Singapore . I think I did not get any value to the tickets fees. I wrote feed back in google maps advising people to not to visit Singapore universal studios.
i did not like having to wait for over two hours to get on most of the rides. i know you offer a faster route but i as a single parent could not afford that route
Only thing lacking was stroller. There should have been more points with shade. And also wait in queue was very much. Should control number of tickets sold for the day.
Transformers was best and both the rolle was awsome.Thay approved our booking within 1 hour and we compleated all the main challanges and did extra also and the went on sunday fully crowded after that alos we completed 12 challanges.
Wait rime in the heat averaged 70 minutes per 6 minute ride duration. Might be OK if you are a keen teenager. Only managed one ride early on. Quite frankly, Disneyland 35 years ago had far more interesting rides and much better side attractions. In summary -not good value for money.
Everything was perfect, the attraction, the service and the people. My only problem was the prices which is extremely high comparing with my last visit to Sebtosa.
It was my wife and daughter, who actually went for the day, they had an amazing time, it was my daughters birthday so we had planned it for her but I wasn't in Singapore so my wife had to take her, they had a blast , some cues were long as told by my daughter in her story but she said it was the best bday in her 8 years, thank you guys and God for that.
The overall experience was awesome, and the ride that I liked the most was the Revenge of the Mummy. it is a well-kept park. highly recommendable !! keep it up

Had a great experience at the flyer and gardens by the bay. The view from the flyer was a chef's kiss and the whole process of accessing the flyer was so convenient as we had tickets booked already. You just walk right up to the entrance and show tix on phone, and that's it, next thing you know you are in the flyer ready for a 30 min journey to see great panoramic view of nearby landmarks (Marina Bay Sands, F1 track, Ports, Cruise Ships, gardens by the bay, helix bridge)

I loved the very high view from my sight.Even my child told me that the cars from the high view looked like hot wheels the tiny versioned cars.I love the drinks that we bought at the shop as long as the ice cream.The weather was just right and it was a wonderfull experience visiting the skypark.
The Marina Bay Sands SkyPark observation deck is the place that offers you the best views in Singapore. It falls under the category of "You must see".
The view was Amazing, especially overlooking the gardens by the bay. It was hot and not much shade seating. Expensive for what it is, although drinks at the top were reasonably priced. It was so so good that we managed to get tickets on the day through this site - even though at the attraction it said sold out - as we only had one day in Singapore.

The Floral Fantasy waas really beautiful at the Gardens by the Bay. All the paid attractions were wonderful. Good eating options at the food area too.

Being one of the must do in Singapore, but in reality its a bit of an overprice experience just to see the city aerial view. I was hoping its a glass lift up to see it on the way up/down but it's a standard lift (quickly) that takes you to the top. View was ok at best. Tick the box if nothing else

The Attractions were Magnificent. The Walking is Grueling. What is needed is Better Signage to the Attractions and to the ways to leave when finished

I received ticket for marina bay observation deck which was excellent experience and efficient Unfortunately the tickets for gardens were not attached so contacted number and operator advised to download app then sent tickets and we got into beautiful gardens. So overall good time and problems were quickly resolved .
