Your ticket process is time consuming, unclear and just plain inconvenient. The QR codes don't work and you have to redirect to a website to download each ticket, our group had five tickets plus five cruise tickets. This took over an hour to sort out at the gate before we could enter. It was super frustrating and it made us look stupid. All because your system is rubbish. If you book on any other platform you instantly get the correct QR code tickets that can be used directly without any extra work. You need to fix your system it is rubbish.

Didn't know how to redeem the pass for tickets, the Hop-On Hop-Off staff were extremely unfriendly, annoyed and didn't want to take the time to help us. (Had several people on one pass) Did not manage to do a tour in time, this would be late in the evening, could not give the tickets back, although the show would only be in the evening. It is difficult to decide on the number of activities in advance, as you don't know whether you will be able to do everything in time.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with our recent purchase of five attractions for two people at a total cost of $453. Despite this significant expense, we’ve only received a 10% discount on tours and other activities, which barely amounts to $100 in savings. This leaves us feeling that we've paid over $350 with little value in return. We attempted to contact customer service and the help line to discuss our concerns, but unfortunately, we have yet to receive a response. This lack of support has only added to our frustration. The day at Gardens by the Bay (Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and Floral Fantasy) was just so peaceful and also informative. And above all just really stunning. Singapore really lives up to its standards as Flower City. Really beautiful. I had a great day at Gardens at the Bay. The Night Safari was a really great experience as well. Beautiful area with a lot of different animals. The walking routes were well constructed. You could find your way easily. A little highlight was the drive with the Safari Tram. Since the Night Safari is located a little further away I wouldn't recommend to do both Gardens by the Bay and the Night Safari the same day. It was a really long day - but totally worth it!

some of the signage wasn't the best.in the parks despite the maps there were things not listed we came across that we didn't think was there especially the zoo. we enjoyed the bird park the most

I am not sure why I could not buy the special promotion and add more children. I was visiting as two adults with my 3 children. When I bought the tickets (individually) I then had to book (individually) a time and date to use them adding each unique booking reference each time. Five purchases 5 bookings. Why not make one purchase and booking to use them at the same time.

The different varieties of birds and layout in continents. Walk through aviaries were fantastic. River Wonder was very interesting with it laid out in rivers with informative information about each environmentally

The advantage of the package is that one can attend any of the included attractions. The negative thing is that not all from the top attractions are included and if included there might be limitations for the possible time. Another point to keep i mind - you still ned to redeem tickets at each attraction and not all of the staff know how to do it or you have to wait long. In my case I did not manage to save money, it would be faster to pay for each attraction without bundle offer.
I had access but not enough time.I wish someone can advise you better on which trips to do 1st vs going there and realising you cant do that tour today.
The pass made my ttrip smoother and easier. A frustration I experienced was the Royal Albatross being closed, which was one of the main xeperiences I was looking forward to, so that was annoying, especially since I missed out on the chance to use a 50 SGD voucher.
The 7 day pass we bought was an amazing buy. We managed to enjoy about 19 of the different experiences on the pass saving us a large amount of money if we have paid for entrances on the day. It was so easy just turning up to attractions and presenting our pass. The pass is an excellent way to make the most of singapore
Need not to buy tickets separately just one pass was enough. Directions and booking requirements were mentioned for each activity which made it even easier to get to and enjoy.
Pre-booking was required for sky luge, I was not aware of that & had to pay out of pocket for it. Agent Amit didn't paid attention to my sentence on chat & gave my unhelpful reply in the end.
The process was seamless, just the apac bookings didnt deply on time and i was stuck at night safari for 1 hour, on call internationally with go city agent, not getting any help. I got my tickets after 1 hour after waiting for apac booking emails.
