What to bring

• Bring your e-ticket confirmation (printed or digital) for entry; concession tickets require a valid student or senior ID.
• Wear light clothing, comfortable shoes, and pack sunscreen, a cap, mosquito repellent, and a poncho or umbrella for rain.
• Bring a reusable water bottle – refill stations are available across all parks.
• Download the Mandai app for live updates on showtimes, presentations, and feeding sessions.

What's not allowed

• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside park entrances.
• Outside food and drinks (besides small snacks), pets, balloons, drones, bicycles, skate scooters, rollerblades, and pull trolleys are not allowed.
• Do not feed, touch, or tease the animals; stick to marked paths as some wildlife roam freely via open exhibits.
• Flash photography is not allowed inside wildlife zones; please be mindful of animals’ comfort.

Accessibility

• All five parks are stroller and wheelchair accessible, with rentals available at the entrance.
• Step-free paths and aviary access are provided; accessible restrooms and nursing rooms are located across the venues.
• First-aid stations, free WiFi, luggage storage, and prayer rooms are also available.

Additional information

• Last admission is 1 hour before closing time for all parks; re-entry is permitted with a valid wristband or ticket.

• Rainforest Wild ASIA and Night Safari require advance time slot bookings. Presentation seats for River Wonders and Night Safari must be reserved online – the portal opens 2 hours before showtime.

• Animal presentations and feeding sessions have limited seating—arrive 10–15 mins early, especially for popular shows like Splash Safari.

Rainforest Wild ASIA

• Wear covered shoes (required for all adventure activities). Rain gear and binoculars can be bought at retail shops.
• Animal encounters vary depending on time, location, and environmental factors.
• Here is the park map for your reference.
• This experience is accessible by wheelchairs and pram/strollers.
• Minimum weight, height, and health requirements may apply for certain adventure experiences. Guests must meet all safety criteria and follow the guidance of staff throughout the activity. Please refer to individual experience descriptions for specific requirements and restrictions here.
• Operating hours: 9am to 6pm.

River Wonders

• Once you receive the ticket, please secure your preferred date and timeslot in advance before visiting the parks from the below link here.
• Upon confirmation of the date/time via the link, there is no change of timeslot upon e-ticket with barcode being issued.
• Please arrive no later than 45 minutes from the above-selected time. If the park’s capacity has been reached, you may be required to wait till there is availability.
• Due to safety reasons, guests under the height of 1.06m are prohibited from the boat ride.
• For the Amazon River Quest Boat Ride, guests must be able to transfer onto the boat unaided.
• The boat ride is not accessible by wheelchair users.
• As the boat ride involves moderate acceleration, elevation changes, and minor bumping, this experience is not the best fit for pregnant women and guests with motion sickness or dizziness, heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure, back and/or neck disorders, and impaired physical health.
• A supervising adult must accompany children between the height of 1.06m and 1.35m for the boat ride.
