What to bring

• Bring along a water bottle, an umbrella, and mosquito repellent as the park is mostly outdoors.
• Wear comfortable clothes and walking shoes since exploring the trails requires a fair amount of walking.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the park.
• Flash photography should be avoided as it may disturb the animals.
• Re-entry is not allowed after leaving the park.

Accessibility

• This experience is wheelchair and stroller accessible.
• Wheelchairs are available free of charge at the venue, while strollers can be rented for a small fee.
• Night Safari also provides guest facilities such as nursing rooms and first-aid stations.

• The Creatures of the Night presentation is one of the most popular highlights at Night Safari, Seats for the presentation must be reserved up to two hours before the showtime, and you can click here to reserve your slot.
• The Multi-Language Tram boards only at Tram Station 5.
• Guests should arrive 10–15 minutes before their scheduled time as tram slots are fixed and cannot be changed.
• Night Safari trams arrive approximately every 15 minutes.

Operating hours

• Night Safari operates from 7:15pm to 12am, with the last entry at 11:15pm.
• Park entry turnstiles open daily from 6:30pm.
• The Creatures of the Night presentation runs at 7:30pm, 8:30pm, and 9:30pm.

What to bring

• Light clothes, comfy shoes, sunscreen, cap, mosquito repellent, and a poncho or umbrella.
• Bring a reusable water bottle – refill stations are available.
• Arrive early on weekdays or visit in the late afternoon.
• Arrive 10–15 mins early: Seats fill up fast, especially for Splash Safari. Grab a good spot without the rush.

What's not allowed

• There are prohibited areas in the zoo. Do not venture into these zones for your own safety.
• Do not feed or tease the animals living in the zoo.
• Stay seated the whole duration of the tram ride.
• Feel free to take photos for personal use. Flash photography is not allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the zoo. You will find a designated smoking point outside the entrance.
• Pets and plants are not allowed inside.
• Skate scooters, inline skates, rollerblades, tricycles and pull trolleys are not permitted inside.
• Turn off flash photography for animals’ comfort.

What's not allowed

• Due to safety reasons, guests under the height of 1.06m are prohibited from the boat ride.

Accessibility

• The venue is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible.
• Strollers, wheelchairs, and mobility scooters are present at the venue for children and guests with impaired movement.
• Strollers can be rented at a 15 SGD fee while the cost of renting a mobility scooter is SGD 20 for the first three hours and an additional 5 SGD for every subsequent hour. Wheelchairs are free of charge.
• For the Amazon River Quest Boat Ride, guests must be able to transfer onto the boat unaided.
• The boat ride is not accessible by wheelchair users.
• As the boat ride involves moderate acceleration, elevation changes, and minor bumping, this experience is not the best fit for pregnant women and guests with motion sickness or dizziness, heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure, back and/or neck disorders, and impaired physical health.

• Once you receive the ticket, please secure your preferred date and timeslot in advance before visiting the parks from the below link here.
• Upon confirmation of the date/time via the link, there is no change of timeslot upon e-ticket with barcode being issued.
• Please arrive no later than 45 minutes from the above-selected time. If the park’s capacity has been reached, you may be required to wait till there is availability.
• ATMs, lockers, nursing stations, and prayer rooms are available at the venue. The locker costs SGD 5 for the first three hours, following which a 1 SGD fee will be levied for each hour.
• You can exit and re-enter the park on the same day during operation hours. You can get the stamp chop from the gantry staff.
