Headout's tickets are easier to book and the place is nice and so fun. Thank you
woow amazing architecture and design
When selling, you should really sell usable tickets please. I got a voucher that I would have had to turn into a real ticket. We could not find an open space to change it. So we left without having a chance to use them
Great venue, rubbish ticketing system. Had to pay again because they had no record of the ticket I paid for through your useless system.
Not clear you have to clear immigration to do this. The most famous feature - the waterfall - is actually free to go and see, no ticket required. The other attractions that we paid for were not worth the time or money to get up there in the slow lifts and difficult to navigate building. Really poor quality. The staff spoke coldly and rudely to us. Nowhere convenient for people to store their bags and inconsistent information on whether the baggage storage back down on level 1 took my size of bag (cabin baggage sized item). Never managed to find the train entrance so had to walk a long way there and back. Overall I am telling my friends and family to never do this.
None. Especially the hedge maze, not worth the money at all.
It was a totally different feel from what I was told. It's more catered for young kids

If I had known it was just a waterfall I wouldn't have bothered paying for it. Had vantage points that were vertually the same.
all activities were big fun esapecially the bouncing net, buying tickets was very easy
The app was easy to use. The kids enjoyed exploring Jewel Changi Airport... definitely worth coming back.
The head out experience was great easy ticket booking and easy redemption
The booking system is very bad. I ended buying my tickets 2 times. Also we received 11 tickets on the phone not understanding why. Don't know which one we need to show before enterring each attraction (this is ridiculous by the way) and no way to get refund. A REAL trap it is
The Jewel experience and the beauty of the airport was something to experience The bouncing walk was fun and we enjoyed a sushi restaurant
Very good experience. Only suggestion is that pass should be organised based on name of attraction. Every time I had to search for tickets since more than 16 tickets were there.
the bridge was closed already and we could only see the park.
Unfortunately didnot realise the jewel changi airport was outside of terminal 3. We had already checked in at T3 and hencee couldnt go out to avail our tickets. Wasted our ticket and $$.
Great value for money and a really beautiful experience.
We enjoyed all the activities, especially bouncing net. My boys loved it. Disney cruise stamp rally was also fun.

at the point indicated to convert the voucher into tickets there was no one there, we went to the 'entrance where we were given more inaccurate information to retrieve the tickets, we lost a lot of time then finally succeeded. However as an experience for adults it leaves a lot to be desired, the waterfall is marginally seen, the fog, animal representations etc are poorly done. Money wasted

Nothing since I couldn't use the ticket till now. The ticket was not working at all. I tried to book universal studio like 3 times and all I got was errors. It was a fraud. Not at all happy. And all agents did was refund 5% of the total cost. Very disappointing. I won't be recommending it to anyone. Infact might have to recommend not to take one from Headout.

i was not allowed at Skypark on when i reached @ 4PM , thoughthe ticket said entry until 6 PM but i was denied, after persuasion the gentlemen by the name Michael asked us to come next day , since skypark is not worth in day time, we missed the evening and the sunset. Also at Gsrden by the bay had no clue what was eligble for us, we were told on 2 places we could go, so felt a bit cheated and the expereince was no good. Could not use Hop on the bus at all.
really poor. i need a refund, but i work so i'm tight on time.
I paid more than the actual ticket price at the venue.
I had the 3 attraction ticket to go see universal studios, gardens by the bay and the night safari. I contacted the operator and asked if I could use this ticket for all three attractions and got told that I could. When I went to universal studios they said the ticket is not valid and I had to pay $83 (x2 for 2 tickets) in addition and have a attraction that I did not use so wasting around $200 for the two tickets. Have not taken accountability and I want a refund.
Nothing. I also over paid for the attractions especially with limitations of Use, etc
Everything. Cleanness and excellent customer service from the staff
