iys in the top and everything is easy to see jewel from up here. kids can freely to running and enjoy the area.
Paid for the visit with nets and was told the ticket I had only granted access to canopy not use of nets. Had a good few issues with Headout for other attractions. Wouldn't use again.
by walking on the bridge and to see the venue from top to bottom
When selling, you should really sell usable tickets please. I got a voucher that I would have had to turn into a real ticket. We could not find an open space to change it. So we left without having a chance to use them
I had a mistake with the schedule of my ticket. Because I am now in Spain not in Singapur. I wanted to buy a ticket for August 17 but I bought for today. I am waiting for the answer of your local partner.
Headout's tickets are easier to book and the place is nice and so fun. Thank you
woow amazing architecture and design
Great venue, rubbish ticketing system. Had to pay again because they had no record of the ticket I paid for through your useless system.
Not clear you have to clear immigration to do this. The most famous feature - the waterfall - is actually free to go and see, no ticket required. The other attractions that we paid for were not worth the time or money to get up there in the slow lifts and difficult to navigate building. Really poor quality. The staff spoke coldly and rudely to us. Nowhere convenient for people to store their bags and inconsistent information on whether the baggage storage back down on level 1 took my size of bag (cabin baggage sized item). Never managed to find the train entrance so had to walk a long way there and back. Overall I am telling my friends and family to never do this.
None. Especially the hedge maze, not worth the money at all.
It was a totally different feel from what I was told. It's more catered for young kids

The booking system is very bad. I ended buying my tickets 2 times. Also we received 11 tickets on the phone not understanding why. Don't know which one we need to show before enterring each attraction (this is ridiculous by the way) and no way to get refund. A REAL trap it is
Very good experience. Only suggestion is that pass should be organised based on name of attraction. Every time I had to search for tickets since more than 16 tickets were there.
Ticketing with headout is very convenient. Easy to retrieve tickets without need for wifi.
26 individual pdfs were given. They were also not sequence. 5 tickets for each attraction should have been combined. It was trouble to scan 5 pdfs at each attraction. Search and open individually. Very poor experience. It should be easy fix.
It was unclear where the attractions were so we went through immigration and missed it. The no refund policy is bad.

My ticket didn't have qr code for scanning.. I am having very bad experience with headout for jewel Changi experience.. my ticket was not provided.. and I couldn't access the jewel attractions and wasted my 8500 rupees.. I want full refund for this.. as I didn't get entry and ticket got wasted.. please provide me full refund to me.. customer support is very bad I called headout still no help..
Nice. My child is enjoyed beautiful gardens and good entertainment
Getting tickets on line is easy & fast. No hassle. Very happy with the service .
We loved the canopy park, the walking net, mirror maze and posing for lovely pictures. We also loved shopping in the mall
Everything EXCEPT for the attendants, all female attendants at the attractions within the park were very unfriendly, NOT a single smile!!!!!
It was not made clear as to the fact that these are individual experiences and they are located in a separate area. Perhaps a virtual walk through guiding us would have been helpful
wonderful experience.very nice lights n decoration on Xmas . Should take rope jumping rather than rope walking package. That is more fun! Kids had lot of things to do and enjoy.

The lounge was an ideal respite for weary travellers. The availability of comfortable seats and multiple power points added to the pleasant mess of the experience.
The couch was not properly clean. It still has some food and snack stained on them. Snack was not enough for every guests.

The advantage of the package is that one can attend any of the included attractions. The negative thing is that not all from the top attractions are included and if included there might be limitations for the possible time. Another point to keep i mind - you still ned to redeem tickets at each attraction and not all of the staff know how to do it or you have to wait long. In my case I did not manage to save money, it would be faster to pay for each attraction without bundle offer.
I had access but not enough time.I wish someone can advise you better on which trips to do 1st vs going there and realising you cant do that tour today.
The pass made my ttrip smoother and easier. A frustration I experienced was the Royal Albatross being closed, which was one of the main xeperiences I was looking forward to, so that was annoying, especially since I missed out on the chance to use a 50 SGD voucher.
The 7 day pass we bought was an amazing buy. We managed to enjoy about 19 of the different experiences on the pass saving us a large amount of money if we have paid for entrances on the day. It was so easy just turning up to attractions and presenting our pass. The pass is an excellent way to make the most of singapore
Need not to buy tickets separately just one pass was enough. Directions and booking requirements were mentioned for each activity which made it even easier to get to and enjoy.
Pre-booking was required for sky luge, I was not aware of that & had to pay out of pocket for it. Agent Amit didn't paid attention to my sentence on chat & gave my unhelpful reply in the end.
The process was seamless, just the apac bookings didnt deply on time and i was stuck at night safari for 1 hour, on call internationally with go city agent, not getting any help. I got my tickets after 1 hour after waiting for apac booking emails.
