• Transit Passenger (Airside only): Please note that Canopy Park is not accessible unless:

• You clear immigration and enter Singapore legally.

• You have a layover long enough (typically 5+ hours).

• Canopy Park is not located in the airside transit zone.

• Local or Tourist Already in Singapore: Follow these steps to access Canopy Park:

• Enter Jewel Changi Airport via the public entrance from any terminal.

• Take the escalator or lift to Level 5 of Jewel.

• Show your pre-booked passes or buy tickets at the entry. No terminal change is required.

• Flying into Singapore (T1, T2, T3, T4):

• Terminal 1: Jewel is directly integrated with Terminal 1. After arriving, walk into Jewel's Level 1 from the arrivals area and proceed to Level 5.

• Terminal 2 or 3: Jewel is linked to these terminals via a short walkway (approximately 5-10 minutes). No immigration clearance is needed to access Jewel from these terminals.

• Terminal 4: Terminal 4 is not directly connected to Jewel. Take the free shuttle bus to Terminal 1 (available every 10-15 minutes), then walk into Jewel and head to Level 5.
