What's not allowed

• Photography and videography are not permitted while experiencing the attractions.
• Pets are not allowed within the premises, except for service animals.
• No costumes or full-faced masks are allowed inside the park.
• Re-entry is not allowed.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted into the park except baby food, formulas and food for guests with special dietary requirements. Bag checks will be conducted at the entrance.

• Children must be accompanied by adults at all times.
• Be sure to book a timeslot in advance to enter at your preferred time, as you may be asked to return later if the venue is at full capacity.
• The operating hours are subject to change without prior notice. Visit the venue's website for updates prior to visit.
• The credit voucher is for one-time use only, redeemable in a single transaction. It cannot be stacked, and any unused amount will be forfeited.
• The ticket grants one cup of Butterbeer (while stocks last) or $10 off retail, photo, or F&B purchases. Redemption needs to be made on the same day of visit, within the regular opening hours.
• While this experience is open to guests of all ages, it is recommended for those aged 12 and above.

Singapore Cable Car

• Tip: For a fun experience, look out for Hello Kitty-themed cabins for a quirky twist on the cable car ride!
• Each cabin fits 8 people max, so you’ll get an exclusive view. Check the map for routes before your visit.
• The cable car is wheelchair accessible, but be sure to check with staff for assistance at the stations.
• What’s not allowed: Flammable items, lithium batteries, motorized wheelchairs, and helium balloons are prohibited; no smoking inside the cabin.
