The water tour was really good as I got to see all of the main attractions but from a different perspective. Some of the history relating to the buildings and areas was also very good. In all it was a nice and relaxing way to see Singapore
Would have preferred personal guide not an Audio Visual. No opportunity to ask questions.

The ships are comfortable and the islands are good places for relaxing and a little bit walking or cycling. But be aware that there are basically no F&B shops on the two islands except one convenience store on St John's island which is a bit far from the dock. So you'd better prepare something yourself.

The floral fantasy! I wish we had more time to spend there. It was really nice. There's a lot of people in the cloud forest so we did not enjoy it much. The flower dome as well felt underwhelming.
The place was so beautiful and awesome, my family really enjoyed a lot.
Such magical places to visit. Wouldnt hesitate to go again if ever in Singapore.

The Forest was incredibile and fine me the opportunity to come back child another time. Also the flower dome with it's color make inspire me and mine imagination.
It will indeed be an unforgettable visit given that we were asked to leave after 5 minutes. We were informed that there was a storm coming ( there was going to be lightning )and therefore had to leave however we noted that residents of the hotel who also occupied the same deck but not asked to leave. Apparently they were immune from the lightning storm. We were then informed that we could come back in one and a half hours time. so we were expected to hang around and come back but they were not sure when that was going to be. I'm afraid the way they treated us - non-resident was just awful.
Perfect timing, and perfect weather. We were able to witness "the golden hour" in a magical way, and also were able to see the show from Gardens by the Bay (we can barely hear the music but still watching is fantastic). Prices of snacks and drinks were lower than I expected, but for restaurant you need reservation. Plan ahead!
After reading earlier rewievs, I thought the flower dome would be better with more colorful flowers. It was ok, but crowded!
Future World: Where Art Meets Science is something I never thought I would be able to experience but I finally did. This interactive digital art exhibition was amazing because it was able to blend art, science, and technology in a way that was vibrant. I was easily able to interact with exhibits like drawing sea creatures that come to life, walking through LED light tunnels, and exploring themed digital landscapes. I found that the most exciting exhibition was the hands-on activities and bright visuals that kept everyone engaged. I think that most people find it worth visiting for the unique, playful experience. Overall, it’s a fun and creative outing that brings art and science together in a way that’s both educational and entertaining.
It was a great experience with a wonderful view. Especially seeing the sunset and all the city lights slowly glowing as it's getting darker. I definitely recommend this experience.
Dazzling singapore from the 56th floor , the well maintained skyscrapers, the synchronized fountains with the water and light show, the lite garden at the bay all made me fall again in love with Singapore.

Great experience to go up the Observation Deck. Very beautiful view especially at night. You can see the entire city and the ocean.
The temperature was ideal for visiting, and the atmosphere created in the greenhouses is simply magical. However, in terms of noise, for sensitive people, it could be bothersome, because there is a lot of sound stimulation.
We were allowed to enter even though we were late for our allocated time. We were lucky enough to see the fireworks. The food served was good and very friendly service. There were a few too many people but there were no queues. A memorable experience.
I would have rated the experience a '5', but I had expected to be on the very top level, able to wander around the pool. When I arrived I discovered that my ticket was 'only' for floor 56, and that there was an upper floor 57. A minor dissapointment to be sure - the views were spectacular :-)
We had to wait for a lightning caution to end, but it was worth it. The rain stopped, the skies cleared. The views were stunning and the feeling of being up that high outdoors is something I'll never experience again. We even got to see all the light shows. There was plenty of time available up there. It is a must for anyone visiting.
Merlion Park was amazing but just everything all round was spectacular especially being at night with all the lights highlighting the city.
The process was easy , the experience just awesome . The whole Gardens by the Bay adventure is a credit to the Singaporean govt and its people for creating a truly unique destination
We did three gardens of Monday had a fantastic time out. Probably the best of the three was the lily display. We got there by public transport. It was really easy so we appreciate the fantastic interface between the gardens and the trains.
I was told I would hear back from customer service within 48 hours for a refund. No one has reached back out. Terrible. Should not buy here ever.
The Cloud Forest was a truly awe-inspiring spectacle. The multistorey waterfall as you enter was spellbinding. The whole experience was wonderful.
