Singapore city pass

Didn't know how to redeem the pass for tickets, the Hop-On Hop-Off staff were extremely unfriendly, annoyed and didn't want to take the time to help us. (Had several people on one pass) Did not manage to do a tour in time, this would be late in the evening, could not give the tickets back, although the show would only be in the evening. It is difficult to decide on the number of activities in advance, as you don't know whether you will be able to do everything in time.

Seems package of three visit place was costely

I’m writing to express my disappointment with our recent purchase of five attractions for two people at a total cost of $453. Despite this significant expense, we’ve only received a 10% discount on tours and other activities, which barely amounts to $100 in savings. This leaves us feeling that we've paid over $350 with little value in return. We attempted to contact customer service and the help line to discuss our concerns, but unfortunately, we have yet to receive a response. This lack of support has only added to our frustration. I strongly believe this package did not deliver the value promised, and I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation can be rectified. I look forward to hearing from you soon. The advantage of the package is that one can attend any of the included attractions. The negative thing is that not all from the top attractions are included and if included there might be limitations for the possible time. Another point to keep i mind - you still ned to redeem tickets at each attraction and not all of the staff know how to do it or you have to wait long. In my case I did not manage to save money, it would be faster to pay for each attraction without bundle offer.

I had access but not enough time.I wish someone can advise you better on which trips to do 1st vs going there and realising you cant do that tour today.

The pass made my ttrip smoother and easier. A frustration I experienced was the Royal Albatross being closed, which was one of the main xeperiences I was looking forward to, so that was annoying, especially since I missed out on the chance to use a 50 SGD voucher.

The 7 day pass we bought was an amazing buy. We managed to enjoy about 19 of the different experiences on the pass saving us a large amount of money if we have paid for entrances on the day. It was so easy just turning up to attractions and presenting our pass. The pass is an excellent way to make the most of singapore

Need not to buy tickets separately just one pass was enough. Directions and booking requirements were mentioned for each activity which made it even easier to get to and enjoy.

Pre-booking was required for sky luge, I was not aware of that & had to pay out of pocket for it. Agent Amit didn't paid attention to my sentence on chat & gave my unhelpful reply in the end.

The process was seamless, just the apac bookings didnt deply on time and i was stuck at night safari for 1 hour, on call internationally with go city agent, not getting any help. I got my tickets after 1 hour after waiting for apac booking emails.

The concept of tokens doesn't work that well. Some of the desired activities are franchised and not cover by the tickets, so has to be paid separately as an additional cost. Tokens tend to never match perfectly with the activities, and therefore tokends are left over and money wasted. My overall impression, is that 'Pay as you go' would have been a wiser option.

The aquarium was amazing with the 18 million litres of water and the dolphins were really friendly. Some of them were swimming on their backs! Harry Potter: Visions of Magic was amazing too, because it was cool to use your own wand and stuff. Ultra Golf was good, we liked it because we like mini-golf. We liked the course too and it was a nice place to play a round of mini-golf.

A pdf was available specifying the number of tokens in each venue. However, the number of tokens deducted was far more higher. For e.g. Helix was supposed to cost 5 tokens. However they deducted 15 tokens. Similar was the case with other venues as well. Therefore, in effect , it was a scam

discount points not cleare in tickets.

My kids loved it and that is the important thing for me. So, if you have kids, I would strongly suggest you to try it out.

While the kids enjoyed the adventure park, my wife and I got to go bi-pedal bicycling. It was such a nice little time out from the rush and anxiety of travelling with small children

The children had such a blast! And it was quite easy on the pocket so our spirits were high too. But the fact that there was so much for us adults as well, was a pleasent surprise.

There was so much to choose from, and with the Play Max pass, you had access to all of them. You could just go on a ride on a whim

I've heard so much about Sentosa and finding thos amazing pass made the visit so much easier, not to mention cost-effective!

We didn't have a lot of time to see them all but Butterfly Park and Madame Tussuads were definitely on our list! So glad we made it.

Being short on time, we took the 5 attractions pass, giving us the opportunity to choose the 5 we wanted to see. Helped us enjoy it more.

Such a great place for the family to come and just relax. WIth so much to do, there is no way you are going to be bored here.

I would recommend you get the Play Max pass. This is so cost effective and gives you the choice of changing your mind whenever you like and visiting only those attractions that you like

The FUN pass is the best way to get the bang for your buck. First time in Singapore, I spent a lot on individual tickets but this time thanks to Headout made a better choice.

If you are in Singapore or planning to visit then you cannot afford to miss Sentosa. It has so many options and I loved Madame Tussauds.

There are so many attractions and the best one according to me was the 4D Adventureland. Go to Sentosa, it is a great place.

Perfect. We found this pass at a time of need. Were wondering how to go about booking stuff in Singapore and landed up on this site. Compared with so many portals and yet this one remains the cheapest. Don't miss out on this deal, i've heard it gets sold out quick.

What's the point of visiting Singapore and not enjoying the thrill of Sentosa? But yes it comes at a steep price... so this pass was the only way we could enjoy some of the attractions at a reasonable amount. We spent the most time at S.E.A Aquarium as it is vast and informative. You can choose from a range of attractions while purchasing your pass.

This was our first time in Sentosa and we had no idea how to go about. A dear friend of mine who had used Headout for one of their broadway experience decided to help me out by suggesting this pass. What a relief to find it at the time of need! It covered so many places in one simple ticket, it is truly amazing. I think there's no better way to tour Sentosa.

Good value for money with 3 activities and cable cars. However was disappointed that the description of the cable car flexipass was misleading. It stated 'unlimited rides'. So we thought we could hop on and off and visit around each stop. Then get on the stop again. We were therefore shocked when we were told we could only go to each stop once. So this meant we missed seeing some stops as we didn't get off thinking we could come back to a stop but were told by the helpers at the cable cars that we were not allowed and were ushered out of the cable car. This was embarrassing and not what we expected at all. The activities should be described more clearly. The 2 out of 4 rides at Sentosa 4D Adventureland turned out to be a 10 min ride then we were told to stay seated and went on to do a second quick ride. Whilst both rides were good, they would more rightly be described as one activity. Had we known this, we would have chosen another activity instead. The Sentosa Bus Island Tour was amazing and our guide was very knowledgeable and kind. The Wings of Time show was incredible and memorable.

The tram had the most value. The buffet was not available at Goid Old Biys until 5:00. The 3 course option at same was a hassle to achieve. Went to Trick museum, then changed mind to enter. I recommend buying tram tickets only and do your personal options separately.

Easy to get tickets. Experiences were so much fun and worth it!

Check the email I sent to your support and still no response back for my refund. Very disappointing.

Convinient and fast transport. Will come back next time
