Terrible - the EZ link card could only be collected at the airport - I was already in the city. It's also completely unnecessary as you can tap on and off public transport with a credit or debit card. Completely useless purchase.

The ships are comfortable and the islands are good places for relaxing and a little bit walking or cycling. But be aware that there are basically no F&B shops on the two islands except one convenience store on St John's island which is a bit far from the dock. So you'd better prepare something yourself.

In principle, I wouldn't have needed a ticket at all, because I got on and off without being checked. The Sentosa Express runs every 4 minutes and the trains are usually full to capacity. But it's only a very short trip to the island.
