Our first driver was stressed. In a rush and texting at the same time as checking our tickets. He set off at a big speed before my EIGHTY FOUR year old dad had chance to sit down. When we were getting off he was rude and rushed my dad to get off. The driver was STILL texting. Very unsatisfactory start

Insightful commentary. Nigh tour with Capt Yong and Guide Peter on D60 was outstanding. Much more interesting commentary than might be expected. Also ver good value for money .... satay, Gardens in the Bay light show. Daytime bus tours, both red and yellow took us to all the places recommended. Only here for a few days but able to soak up the ambience, traditions, culture, history and leave with great memories..

We travelled both Red and Yellow lines over 2 days in Singapore. Enjoyed the taped narratives explaining the significance of the various cultural and historical sites. We always seek out Big Bus Tours when travelling in a new city as it captures the essence of the country - allowing us to see at leisure and comfort places of interest (and explore further individual sites). Thanks to friendly drivers and information staff - well done.

Big Bus (Hoho) very convenient and covers so many different places in Singapore, it's a great way to get acquainted with this beautiful city.

The audio on the red bus was fine but the yellow bus did not work at all and the driver did not believe the passengers about this. He just said it is working and when we said it is not he was not interested. As I paid for this experience I expect someone to contact me and offer me compensation for my poor experience.

The staff on the second line were wonderful and gave us advice and earplugs which the driver on the first line didn't do.

Great way to see Singapore over two days. Had nice weather so seating up the top was nice. Downloading the app is a must to easily find the stops and the waiting times.

The driver's announcement was very difficult to understand. He also drove off even though we were still descending from the deck of the bus.

The ticketing system with Headout wasn't straight forward. I downloaded their app and then I needed to download the Big Bus app - which was silly. But the ticket worked and I was happy with the Big Bus tour. That was really good. Probably the other other thing we discovered along the way was that we weren't given an option to book the Duck Tour on the Headout system. We booked a 2 day tour and the night tour. That was really great. We would have also booked the Duck Tour if we knew it was an option.

It was nice to get a general idea of the area. However, we should have been told that the national gallery was temporarily moved to a different location, a 12-minute walk away.

We loved the opportunity to see all around the city on the two different routes. The buses were frequent and clean, and the staff friendly and helpful.

Fix the connections for the headphones. Had to try 4 different sockets before my wife and I found 2 which worked. Would not have been able to listen to the guide if the bus had been full and we weren't able to swap seats to find sockets that worked. Driver wasn't too interested when i pointed it out to him that the sockets didn't work.

When I booked ticket was NOT advised I would need to go to the area near Raffles . We were staying at Or hard so to have to get to the Exchangr stop to get our ticket was poor Lucky that Fun Vee took us into the city to join your tour

I got more touring out of walking around the city yesterday. Would have been nice maybe to have a little more guidance throughout the tour for first time tourists like me.

Very interesting however hard to hear the lady on the yellow route and when bus moving as too much wind. Had enjoyable two days but driver on yellow route on 27 May was extremely hard to understand at stops.

I liked the choice of sitting below or above deck. The guide was referring to some places we could not see. A bit hit and miss. The driver dropped us off in the middle of the road at Little India and we couldn't locate the bus stop to get back on. This was the worst part of the tour- asking almost everyone where the pick-up bus stop was. We finally just took a taxi 🚕 back to our hotel 🏨. Any partial refund would be appreciated.

We use the hop-on hop-off bus for every city tour and are always happy because we see lots of important things that we can look at again later at our leisure, which is highly recommended. The narrator then translates the important things in the city into all languages.

We couldnt find the stop locations online so we didnt know where to go to for start. And when we arrived the buschauffeur didnt give us a ticket but we could hop on without the tickets but only the online QR code. The second chauffeur was not friendly and mentioned that we needed a ticket. I showed him the QR but that wasn't enough. During the trip he was unfriendly for going to stand up for the next stop! While driving a heavy rainfall came down and there wasnt enough shelter on top. The rain came down on the sides and there where no sheeds to pull down. So i would say no not a good expierence!

Gardens by The bay is a must see, better than expected. The headcount app made it easy to access all attractions with no fuss.

Despite being the smallest of the Universal Studios around thw world, USS never cease to amaze us. It is a place that one can probably visit on a weekly basis given the opportunity. Queues are however long, but it's half the fun as it helps build anticipation for the attractions.

Transformers ride was great Ancient Egypt and minions gifts shops were good Universal main gift shops was very nice

Entire experience was great. Loved the views/experience in taking the Cable Car, the price was fair and easy to book. Family loved the experience.

First time visit to Singapore, the cable car was always on our bucket list and we thoroughly enjoyed it even though it was raining, and thunder and lightning for a period, we still thoroughly enjoyed it.

The queues where soo long. Over crowded. Went on 2 rides. Each ride was 2-3hr waiting. Not worth the money. Evem express tickets holder was waiting 1hr

Very disappointed by the inability to enjoy the activities due to overcrowded. One of my family and myself worst experiences in Singapore . I think I did not get any value to the tickets fees. I wrote feed back in google maps advising people to not to visit Singapore universal studios.

i did not like having to wait for over two hours to get on most of the rides. i know you offer a faster route but i as a single parent could not afford that route

Only thing lacking was stroller. There should have been more points with shade. And also wait in queue was very much. Should control number of tickets sold for the day.

We left from Mt Faber so great views over to Sentosa and then back again. Great to be able to stop mid-point and walk to Vivo City

Transformers was best and both the rolle was awsome.Thay approved our booking within 1 hour and we compleated all the main challanges and did extra also and the went on sunday fully crowded after that alos we completed 12 challanges.

Wait rime in the heat averaged 70 minutes per 6 minute ride duration. Might be OK if you are a keen teenager. Only managed one ride early on. Quite frankly, Disneyland 35 years ago had far more interesting rides and much better side attractions. In summary -not good value for money.

Everything was perfect, the attraction, the service and the people. My only problem was the prices which is extremely high comparing with my last visit to Sebtosa.

It was my wife and daughter, who actually went for the day, they had an amazing time, it was my daughters birthday so we had planned it for her but I wasn't in Singapore so my wife had to take her, they had a blast , some cues were long as told by my daughter in her story but she said it was the best bday in her 8 years, thank you guys and God for that.

The overall experience was awesome, and the ride that I liked the most was the Revenge of the Mummy. it is a well-kept park. highly recommendable !! keep it up

Cloud Forest was a intereting walk. Flower Dome was a bit blend and kind of incovenient to navigate. Universal Studio Singapore was less interesting than expected with Transformers and Water World closed down for maintenance. There was not enough attractions to keep us in the park for the full duration and we left after less than 6 hours. Minions and The Mmmy rides were good though - we went twice each.

It was our first time to experience riding duck tours. It was great. My son did enjoy and was quite a amze since this ride can do both land and water combine. I was hoping the tour to be longer since we also want to explore abit of the city. But i guess this is possible we also did the hop on hop off. Btw, thanks to our commentor/guide. She dia a great job!

The application was simple and easy to use even for a computer illiterate like me. The response was almost instantenous. There were also very good follow-up with updates about headout.com I now know that there are more activities I can look forward to for me and my family.

Love the overall experience- About ticketing I feel it was unnecessary to get the ticket printed and can be done just by scanning a QR code or something which happens usually around the world

Tickets was abit expensive but tour seems faster than the stipulated timing

Didn't know how to redeem the pass for tickets, the Hop-On Hop-Off staff were extremely unfriendly, annoyed and didn't want to take the time to help us. (Had several people on one pass) Did not manage to do a tour in time, this would be late in the evening, could not give the tickets back, although the show would only be in the evening. It is difficult to decide on the number of activities in advance, as you don't know whether you will be able to do everything in time.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with our recent purchase of five attractions for two people at a total cost of $453. Despite this significant expense, we’ve only received a 10% discount on tours and other activities, which barely amounts to $100 in savings. This leaves us feeling that we've paid over $350 with little value in return. We attempted to contact customer service and the help line to discuss our concerns, but unfortunately, we have yet to receive a response. This lack of support has only added to our frustration. I strongly believe this package did not deliver the value promised, and I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation can be rectified. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Lots of stories, great stops and the perfect end to watch the light show in the Gardens by Marina Bay. Great way to see some key spots around town, escape the heat of the day by going at night and the Satay from the Hawker Centre was awesome! Aimed for tourists who have just arrived but we really loved the authentic aspects of it too. Totally recommend!!

Tour guide and driver were excellent, but we were disappointed with the light show, we had heard marvellous things about it but it didn't deliver to what we expected.

The ticketing process was easy and the tour very efficiently run. It's a great way to see some of the sights of Singapore in a short time frame

Because of the national holiday, we had very little time to explore the city as usual... We waited too long for the bus at the Sathay food court... The bus was wobbly I wouldn't recommend it for the price it costs...

The tour should have never gone ahead considering it was the national holiday. The tour guide said it was very crowded, so he knew full well what he was taking us into. The first stop, we were there for 10 minutes then had to wait over an hour for an alternate bus to collect us as the first bus got 'parked in' (with two passengers on board!!! I hope they are ok!) We stood on the side on the road, marching from pick up point to pick up point. The tour guide couldn't contact the driver... it was mayhem. Finally we got to the second stop, the guide insisted we sit down and wait for 45 mins and that we would see fireworks. We did not. We stayed here for over an hour. Ridiculous. We should have been told we could walk around to get a better view. The truth is he wanted us all to stay together so he didn't lose anyone. Then a coach picked us up (not an open top bus) And took us to the hawker centre. The traffic was absolute chaos. Finally they took us to the hawker centre and got told to look around until 10pm (about 45 mins). At this point I decided we had enough and walked my children to the MRT. We didn't get the tour we paid for. We didn't get the experience described. I understand it was a national holiday, this is not an excuse from the absolute disaster we experienced.

I thought the tour was perfect. Well organized, the guide was great and what we could see and appreciate during the tour to finish with the Hotel light show was fantastic. Highly recommended for all those who want to spend an unforgettable moment.

The tour was set up and run so well but what made it amazing was our guide - Elfie Selfie. His knowledge was second to none and nothing was a problem.

Good stop off view points , the guide had good knowledge of all the areas. Roger the guide on bus 52 3rd March 2025 warned us that the bus would go without us if we were 2 minutes late, this was fine to be told once but not several times during the tour! The guide at the intial dam stop told us not take photographs until he had finished speaking, after about 10 mins he stopped talking then it was a mad rush to the bus as no one wanted to be left behind! The fear of being left behind spoilt the tour . At the end of the tour the guide asked the passengers where they wanted to be dropped off. In the brouchure it stated that there would be a coulple of drops if people wanted to go and get a meal and do more sightseeing, otherwise we woudl be taken back to where the tour started. With this in mind, and not knowing Singapore very well , I had planned to get the MRT back to the hotel. Several of the passengers put in requests to the guide . There were 10 stops altogether before returning to the main depot this meant that we had to circle the city another time dropping people off and we didnt get back to the depot until 10.15 pm. with only a handful of people left on the bus. I did make a complaint to Roger as I left the bus, stating that whilst it was a nice thing to do for some of the passengers there were also some very tired and frustrated passengers still left on the bus. There should have only been at least two stops as promised when I booked these tickets. I think the only reason the guide did this was to get the tip box full of money, which he managed to achieve that evening. ( The tour ended very late!!!!! )

The driver was great, well knowledged and very considerate of the tourists. His name was Roger. He helped us get a better knows of Singapore.

the audio quality was very poor. if you sit downstairs, the engine noise is too loud and you cant really hear the audio. the windows on the bus were too small. overall very poor

Fabulous areas of interest, great driver on the orange route but erratic driver on the green route which was unpleasant being rocked around.

Spent ages trying to find the hub to exchange e voucher for tickets only to find didn't need too. The spoken guide was not great as couldn't hear it very well. Missed out on breakfast, would have been useful to know where to exchange voucher. Long wait over lunchtime as took lunch breaks. Good way to see sights and get around.

The address we were given was incorrect- 6 Raffles Boulevard is the Hotel next door. When we finally found the office it was 25 minutes before the lady could help us as there were so many unhappy customers lined up, then we were told to catch bus across road so this was our third location so caught the 10am bus instead of the 9 am bus. There was no information on the bus about the areas we were seeing as we drove around other than shopping areas. Overall the worst hop on hop Off experience in any country we have done

The experience was very bad. My Parents aged above 60 had to walk so much as you kept on changing things. Pick up bus stop was changed to raffles hotel at the last moment. We tried to change from orange to green bus but it didn't follow the schedule which was shared in the document hence we couldnt even try the green route. I want a 50% refund of my payment. Your service was pathetic

I enjoyed the tree show rhapsody Garden. It was entertaining. But I do think the ticket prices were a bit much so if you have other things that you want to see and do in Singapore, you might want to spend your money other ways.

Even though I visited with limited mobility and was using a wheelchair, the entire venue was incredibly accessible and thoughtfully designed. From the moment I arrived, I found clear pathways, ramps, and lifts that made it easy to explore every section without missing a thing. The staff were attentive and always ready to help, ensuring a smooth and comfortable visit. I was able to enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the Flower Dome, the awe-inspiring Cloud Forest, and the stunning outdoor gardens without feeling limited by my mobility challenges. The wheelchair-friendly routes were seamless, allowing me to fully immerse myself in the vibrant colors, diverse plants, and peaceful atmosphere. This visit truly exceeded my expectations, proving that accessibility and beauty can go hand in hand. I left feeling both inspired and grateful for such a thoughtful, inclusive experience. Highly recommended!

The price is high, but the quality is high, and I was able to have a satisfying experience. It wasn't as crowded as I thought, and it was very fun.

The Flower Done was closed on the day we had booked even though we had paid for it in full. This was most disappointing as we had travelled all the way from England to go to the Flower Dome to see the orchids.

No problems with Headout, just wasn't that big in Floral Fantasy. The poison dart frogs were by far the best feature. The venue was fairly small and I was expecting displays more like they feature at Epcot in Florida. On the other hand Cloud Forest and the Flower Dome were fantastic.

Flower dome and Cloud forest were wonderful, busy however it was still fast to get in especially with prepaid tickets. Doing the Cloud forest while there was the misting effect is worth while.

Gardens experience was all very good but busy. The only issue with head out tickets was they were not recognized by the shuttle service and they didn't let us on shuttle. Best if you don't offer this part of the offer and waste peoples time. Overall no big deal though.

This is the perfect ticket to purchase because you get to see 3 incredible atractions. Do not hesitate. It's a must do in Singapore.

The planting was superb . The grandure the cross section of plants and how they grew so perfectly in such a controlled environment. The size and age of the olive trees was mind blowing. The cleanliness and the efficiency was also extremely impressive. We loved every minute

Ticketing was smooth without any issues we had a stroller that had to be left behind at the office. Lined up for few minutes before scheduled time and on boarded the vessel. Once the tour commenced the guide was very knowdledgeable and provided a great source of info.

Headout is a total scam! I selected the date and time of the tour. However headout did not book the timing. And I was denied entry at the tour!

The Duck Ride was CANCELLED last minute wihout notice when I arrived at City Tours HQ - imagine the embarrassment as I had brought my guest! I even had to ask for alternatives and was given the Open Top Bus Ride instead. Kinldy advise on refund as tickets for Duck Ride were more than the Open Top Bus Ride.

Originally, I received a letter indicating that my travel reservation was successful, but later I received a letter stating that the reservation was full and the date needed to be changed. I have indicated that I need a refund to my credit card, but have not received a reply yet.

I had never heard of an amphibious vehicle and I was so curious to take the tour. I must it was better than my imagination.

The moment I read it was amphibious it blew my mind and the real version is even crazier. The vehicle just glided from the water and right onto land. Such a unique way of exploring a new city.

If you are traveling with kids you must go on this tour, it's super cool when the vehicle goes into the water like a duck.

I decided to go on for Instagram, I figured might as well get a unique post. But the actual ride was so much fun, totally unexpected!
