The gardens were amazing! The Cloud in particular was stunning, with exquisite views and stunning plants. I also really enjoyed the Tulip exhibition, with more types than I was aware of. And the smell was just beautiful. All of the little hidden statues in the gardens were delightful, from Alice in Wonderland to Winnie the Pooh. Next time we are back, I would visit again.
Having seen the boat shaped structure in our sights every which way we turned, I felt elated to finally stand atop the engineering marvel and look out as far as my eyes could see 180 degrees and truly appreciate Singapore's skyline. Not an experience to rush, I took time to sip on a refreshing beverage from the cafe and read the interpretive signage on the history, cultural heritage and iconic landmarks whilst drinking in the amazing views. Gardens by the Bay being a favourite of ours, the Super Trees known for their stature in size, blended in with the sheer vastness of lush scenery. Something most worthy of travelling up 56 floors to observe and appreciate from the deck.
The weather was bad, so our appointment was postponed. So we were able to enjoy everything in better weather. Very well organized and staff were very friendly

The view is fantastic! System to go in and out is pretty cool
Was a great view and the weather was good for it. Not too busy when I met. Staff are very attentive and the it is well sign posted to get there.
Very prompt and reliable service. Great way to discover and visit places within Singapore. Thanks for this very valuable service for visitors
The customer experience was great. Quick response to queries. Although they delayed my refund process, they quickly took action once was asked about the update.
Both the Art Science Museum and Skypark Observation Deck provided great experiences. The museum had an very interesting exhibit and enjoyed the building very much. The Skypark was easy to access and efficiently runned by the staff. I perfectly understand not having access to the other side, but would have liked to have some pictures of the other part of the deck, ie. the infinity pool and other side just to know what it looked like.
The gardens were great. The Flower Dome was particularly great! The individual countries with the plants with attention to detail. Figures in between. The individual tickets were easy to scan.

It was in a great experience and I love this entertainment system Could you please change you headset? They are very inconvenient.
Quick, uncomplicated booking and access to the attractions. Marina Bay Sands was a highlight, although unfortunately most of the rooftop area is not usable, only the overhanging platform. Gardens by the Bay was also great, especially the Cloud Forest and the Supertrees.

Really great surroundings, highly recommended. We were there in the morning and didn't have to queue anywhere. The gardens are also well worth a visit. Friendly and helpful staff.

Booking was a pain, especially my group consisted of 18 pax, 11 non residents and 7 residents. Have to Google and hunt to make the right bookings. Booking restricted to 10 maximum, had to rebook for the extra ticket. When going into Flower Dome, it would have been good to open another gate to cater to such big group
Useless, one ticket arrived instantly and the other took 4 hours to be emailed to me, so had to buy another directly from the vendor. Asked for a refund and the Headout support said as I received the tickent eventually they would not refund, avoid this company, always go direct.
Loved the fact that there were no time schedules to follow and that we could just go in line and bypass people purchasing yickets.
Displays were awesome. Ticketing was hassle free. As someone with limited walking capabilities I found places to sit for a rest were limited outside the venues.
Singapore is an amazing country with completed and convenient public transport system, yummy food and friendly people. I guess I will be there again in the near future.
Purchased tickets online and it was so easy to just arrive and go straight through. What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE, the cloud forest was spectacular and is something everyone should see. The Avatar installation was really great too. Loved the flower dome so much to see. The floral fantasy was good but because we had been to the other areas first didn't have the same WOW factor but still enjoyable. Gardens by the bay light show WOW WOW WOW........ an absolute MUST SEE.... A huge credit to the team of people who imagined and created this wonderful place. 😊😊😊
Loved the Cloud Forest and Dome. Every time we visit Singapore there are different experiences. The only sad thing was that we bought tickets for Floral Fantasy as well for the same day only to find it closed! We were advised that you were having a private function! We flew back to Australia at the end of the day so missed out and it would be nice to think we will get a refund but I'm not holding my breath. We were told to book on line as you are now cashless. On line we were not advised the garden would be closed!
Loved floral fantasy, cloud forest, and walking through Gardens By The Bay. A MUST experience when visiting Singapore. Getting tickets online was easy and convenient.
A great value combo offered at the best price by Headout, compared to other ticketing sources. Though expensive, Gardens By The Bay are worth the price and need about 3 hours to explore the major attractions inside.
At ticket entrance they would not accept e tickets. No one there would help us. We reached out to the concierge at the Marina Bay and after 1 1/2-2 hrs we were able to secure a copy of the tickets. We tried calling you agency several times but no answer- so frustrating. I will not give you a good review

OMG this display was so well done. I loved all the characters and the variety or orchids with all the background music :)
We loved the accessibility to each feature. I wish that there was a place to charge my phone. We almost didn't have enough battery power to show our tickets, let alone take pictures.
The highlight of my visit was marlin bay , garden by bay, universal studio
The delay in receiving tickets on line snd the repetitive " you will receive them in 30minutes" made me feel the booking site was a scam. Thankfully it was not.
Great experience- not what I was expecting but a fun day. Good for families older and younger. I personally found some of the exibits a little over done - not kern on fake houses and scenes.

Booking our tickets with headout was hassle free. When we got to the venue, all we needed to show was our etickets on our phone. No need to queue for tickets on site. Gardens by the bay is a lovely experience and we were glad that we got to catch the orchid exhibit. We spent a couple of hours going around and didn't get tired since it was airconditioned and there were rest areas with benches.
In order to buy the entry to the 4D experience we were supposed to do a very long line, there is no option to buy it online, which makes no sense since we had purchased our tickets online. I come from Costa Rica and I think all I saw in the experience wasn't worth the price, but then again, I've seen all of this in the wild.
Singapore is an amazing country with completed and convenient public transport system, yummy food and friendly people. I guess I will be there again in the near future.
Easy to buy tickets online. The Flowerdome was amazing. We loved the scenes created using flowers and representations of people and animals. Also enjoyed making our way up the different levels to the top from where we could look all the way down the waterfall and get a complete view of the flowers and plants within the dome. The Cloud Dome & Cloud forest was also amazing with the inclusion of Avatar characters. The whole experience was very good value for money. It was lovely to see so many children there with their teachers educating their pupils about the plants and flowers

The ticketing experience was seamless. We caught a bus near our Carlton Hotel & got off at Marina Sands. There was an easy walk to the Flower Dome where we started our visit. It joins the Cloud Dome. We couldn't find a good place to eat which was strange in Singapore. We were told by a gate person that we could go to the Floral Fantasy which was worthwhile but took a bit of finding. The plant show in all the spaces is sensational.
We love the space was air conditioning. It was very hot that day but the display was very unique and beautiful. We love it, thank yoi

I clearly mentioned date while booking After I received ticket in email it showed I need to book time slot.. but it's for my cousin who was leaving Singapore the same night.. why can't they ask to book time while making booking

Only part of sky deck open. Regards to the renovation work ,not expected. And I thought we would be able to go all the way around the deck, and had planned to have a meal at the top and enjoy yhe views. Might be a good idea to display the mumber of the floors as the lift goes up and down.

Sunset and moon rising. Fantastic views of Singapore. Wonderful experience.
It was fantastic. We had a great experience.
Good visit and remembered forever
Nice to see in night lighting and colorful.
I loved to see Singapore from above but was a little bit sad that the bar cé la vie was closed.
Great routes around Singapore for orientation . Most buses audio boxes were inop or very scratchy.
did not allow on 11th April because I purchased online, asked to come back on next day.
The ticketing was smooth and hassle free .
It was a super experience and very well organised from booking to finish of tour
Everything was just perfect The time of evening we went up was perfect

woow amazing architecture and design
When selling, you should really sell usable tickets please. I got a voucher that I would have had to turn into a real ticket. We could not find an open space to change it. So we left without having a chance to use them
Great venue, rubbish ticketing system. Had to pay again because they had no record of the ticket I paid for through your useless system.
Not clear you have to clear immigration to do this. The most famous feature - the waterfall - is actually free to go and see, no ticket required. The other attractions that we paid for were not worth the time or money to get up there in the slow lifts and difficult to navigate building. Really poor quality. The staff spoke coldly and rudely to us. Nowhere convenient for people to store their bags and inconsistent information on whether the baggage storage back down on level 1 took my size of bag (cabin baggage sized item). Never managed to find the train entrance so had to walk a long way there and back. Overall I am telling my friends and family to never do this.
None. Especially the hedge maze, not worth the money at all.
It was a totally different feel from what I was told. It's more catered for young kids

Beautiful diverse flower garden and plantations across the globe accumulated in one place. Definitely a visit to experience of a lifetime.
Ticketing experience was easy and staff are friendly. The entire experience was wonderful! The facility itself is beautiful and the work that has gone into the plants and experience is amazing! The views from many areas are stunning. I would highly recommend it!
As a South African visiting Singapore for the first time, the Cloud Forest and Flower Dome were truly breathtaking experiences. I had never seen anything quite like it — the lush greenery, unique plant species, and the spectacular indoor waterfall left me in awe. The combination of nature, architecture, and climate control created a magical atmosphere that felt almost otherworldly. It was a memorable highlight of my trip, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Singapore. Thank you for creating such a beautiful and inspiring space!

The activity was awesome. It was better than advertised. The ticketing was very easy, and I didn't have any issues at the activity.
My main reason to stopover in Singapore was to see the Supertrees - and I wasn't disappointed. The whole gardens were beautifully laid out and thoroughly enjoyed the visit where we also went in Cloud Forest and Flower Dome. The weather wasn't too good but actually resulted in far fewer people so excellent for our visit ! Easy access on MRT and to Marine Sands hotel and shopping precinct too.
OMG this display was so well done. I loved all the characters and the variety or orchids with all the background music :)
I purchased a ticket online so I wouldn't have to wait in the queue. Inside the domes everything was so beautiful! And I was lucky to see the Sakura in full bloom. I was there on a rainy day, and because you're inside the domes, this was a perfect activity. I came out of the last dome a couple of minutes before the light show at the super trees started at 7.45pm. A perfect ending of my visit!
We loved the accessibility to each feature. I wish that there was a place to charge my phone. We almost didn't have enough battery power to show our tickets, let alone take pictures.
Awesome and great place to visit
The app was very easy to use and finding the tickets was also easy!
The highlight of my visit was marlin bay , garden by bay, universal studio
Great service and amazing day. Thank you so much 😉
The highlight of my visit was
Well organized and was fortunate to have arrived at the top to see the start of misting/cloud generation.
The cvloud, first the water fall then the orchides and finaly th tree top walk.
The cloud forest with its cloudy mist and the orchid display was great. One could spend much time in there.
The process was easy , the experience just awesome . The whole Gardens by the Bay adventure is a credit to the Singaporean govt and its people for creating a truly unique destination
We did three gardens of Monday had a fantastic time out. Probably the best of the three was the lily display. We got there by public transport. It was really easy so we appreciate the fantastic interface between the gardens and the trains.
Cloud Forrest and Flower Dome are beautiful facilities worth touring and seeing! Exquisitely designed and maintained, like nothing I've ever seen before.
It was not our first time in singapore of which we had already seen zoo, universal studios singapore and scenic climb to marina bary sands for sunset oanorama. We would recommend it to families for excellent combination of nature jurassucge experiences and looking to the future. Dining services present suitable for all budgets and palates. Attraction reached directly by cab from hotel and booked without problems a day in advance. Preferable, given the temperatures in June and especially if you have children, to experience in the morning
