For Dolphin Adventure

• This experience is for participants older than 13 years.
• While the experience is designed for swimmers, non-swimmers are welcome to join. However, please note that non-swimmers may not be able to participate in certain parts of the program. All participants will be assessed for their suitability to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Personal wetsuits are not permitted. Life jackets, masks, and snorkels will be provided, but you can bring your snorkel, mask, and fins if you'd like to.
• Larger groups may be split into smaller groups for a better experience.

For Dolphin Observer

• Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years. The duration of the experience will depend on the main participants of the respective programs.
• The Dolphin Observer program is exclusively reserved for guests with friends and family participating in the Dolphin Adventure program. Tickets cannot be purchased separately.

For Adventure Cove Water Park & S.E.A. Aquarium

• No outside food and beverages are allowed within Adventure Cove Waterpark, S.E.A. Aquarium, and Dolphin Island, except Baby food, formulas, and food for guests with special dietary requirements.
• Most S.E.A. Aquarium areas are accessible by wheelchair. Ocean Dome can be accessed by the lift located along the back of the Ocean Gallery.
• Paying adults must accompany children under the height of 122cm at all times in Adventure Cove Water Park.

For shark AWARE program

• You must be at least 12 years old to participate in this experience.
• Classes are available between Tuesday and Friday, lasting 8 hours, with max 4 students per class, including a classroom session and 2 dives.
• You will require a PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver certification or equivalent to participate in this experience.
• Before diving, you will have to fill out and sign liability and medical/health declaration forms at the facility.
• Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian (21+) present on-site to sign the required liability and medical/health declaration forms.
• You must not travel by air within 12 hours after a single dive or within 18 hours after repetitive dives.

What to bring

• For Dolphin Connection & Immersion, participants are required to be in proper swimwear and footwear. Wetsuits will be provided during the interaction. For Dolphin Exploration, participants must be in footwear upon arrival at Marine Mammal Habitat.
• Participants are to bring their personal toiletries and a towel for showering.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for infant formula.
• Motorised or wheeled mobility equipment such as skate-scooters, in-line skates, roller-blades, unicycles, Segways, bicycles, tricycles, and pull-trolleys are not permitted. Personal Mobility Aids (PMAs) are allowed subject to terms and conditions.
• Guests wearing full-face masks, helmets, full face painting, or any headgear that hides the entire face will not be admitted.
• Photography (without flash) and video recording are allowed inside the Singapore Oceanarium, but not inside the Marine Mammal Habitat.
• Bags are subject to inspection before entry.

Accessibility

• All public areas at Singapore Oceanarium are wheelchair accessible.
• Selected support areas are not wheelchair accessible due to stairs and a lack of ramps; access to these areas may be restricted for guests with mobility needs.
• For the safety of all guests, crutches, strollers, and electric mobility devices are not permitted in support areas.
• The Dolphin Immersion & Exploration programs are suitable for non-swimmers.

Additional information

• Dolphin Connection: The minimum age for participation is 13 years old. The programme date must be on or after the 13th birthday of the participant.
• Dolphin Immersion: The minimum age requirement is 4 years, with a minimum height requirement of 110cm. Children aged 4-12 years must always be accompanied in the water by a paying adult participant (above 21 years of age), and a maximum supervisory ratio of 3 children to 1 adult (above 21 years of age).
• Dolphin Exploration: Children below 13 years must always be accompanied by a paying adult participant (above 21 years of age), and a maximum supervisory ratio of 3 children to 1 adult (above 21 years of age).
• Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/legal guardian (above 21 years) present onsite to complete and sign the Release and Indemnity Form.
• Hand stamp and ticket are required for same-day re-entry.

• Tip: Remember to apply sunscreen before your visit and reapply as needed, even on cloudy days. Singapore's tropical sun can be intense, and you'll likely spend a lot of time outdoors.

For Dolphin Discovery

• The minimum height required to participate in this experience is 110cm.
• All participants must be aged at least 4 years to participate.
• Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years. 1 adult can supervise a maximum of 3 children under 13.
• Personal wetsuits are not permitted. You will be provided one at Dolphin Island. Bring your swimwear.
• Personal belongings like handphones, jewelry, and wallets are not permitted. Small lockers will be available.

For Dolphin Observer

• Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years. The duration of the experience will depend on the main participants of the respective programs.
• The Dolphin Observer program is exclusively reserved for guests with friends and family participating in the Dolphin Adventure program. Tickets cannot be purchased separately.
