Facilities at Bird Paradise

• ATM: In case you wish to withdraw money, you will find two ATM counters near the ticketing counter. 

• Nursing Rooms: If you wish to access the nursing room, you can find one at the Birdz of Play. 

• Mobility Access: If you are visiting with children, you can rent a stroller or a wagon. There is also a complementary wheelchair service available at the entrance.
  
  

• Restaurants: If you are looking for some good food at Bird Paradise, head over to any of the three in-house cafes - Treetops Café, Pizza Hut Express, and Hawk Café.

• Gift Shops: Bird Paradise has two gift shops, both selling t-shirts, plus toys, mugs, and other memorabilia. 

• First Aid: Bird Paradise’s first aid station is located at Birdz of Play.

• Left Luggage: Oversized luggage can be left at the reception for a fee of  S$10 per piece.

• Lost & Found: If you lose one of your belongings at the park, head over to the Membership Services Centre.

• Diaper Changing: Diaper changing facilities can be found at Bird Paradise entrance, Songbird Terrace, Pools Amphitheatre, Lory Loft, Waterfall Aviary, Parrot Paradise, Hawk Arena and Birdz of Play.

• Wi-Fi: All visitors can enjoy free WiFi at the Park.

• Lockers: Lockers in different sizes are available for rent at the park. 

• Rain Gear: Visitors can purchase ponchos and umbrellas at the gift shops.

Know Before You Go

• Plan your visit: Keep aside at least half a day to make the most of your visit to Bird Paradise.
  
• Carry Essentials: Do not forget to carry essentials such as sunscreen, insect repellents, and umbrellas. 
  
• Prepare for Rain: In case of heavy rain, guests can take shelter at the Hawk’s Cafe. If there is lightning, please head over indoors immediately. 
  
• Footwear: Since Bird Paradise is best enjoyed on foot, come prepared by wearing comfortable footwear.
  
• Water: Do not forget to stay hydrated. You can bring your own water bottle and fill them up from the water dispensers at the park.

• Explore Safely: Do not venture into prohibited areas while exploring the park.
  
• Respect Animals: Animals should be treated with respect. Feeding and teasing animals are strictly prohibited at River Wonders Singapore.
  
• Use of Commercial Footage: Use of videos or pictures of the park for commercial purposes without the explicit permission of the concerned authorities is prohibited.
  
• Image Rights: Your photos may be taken by park representatives during your visit. Your admission to River Wonders serves as your consent for the same.
  
• Smoking: River Wonders Singapore is a smoke-free zone. However, there is a designated smoking area near the entrance.

• Photography: All guests should refrain from using flash while taking photos.
  
• Pets & Plants: Guests are not allowed to bring their pets or plants along with them. 
  
• Recreational Transportation: Means of recreational transportation like rollerblades and tricycles are not allowed inside the park.
