For Dolphin Adventure

• This experience is for participants older than 13 years.
• While the experience is designed for swimmers, non-swimmers are welcome to join. However, please note that non-swimmers may not be able to participate in certain parts of the program. All participants will be assessed for their suitability to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Personal wetsuits are not permitted. Life jackets, masks, and snorkels will be provided, but you can bring your snorkel, mask, and fins if you'd like to.
• Larger groups may be split into smaller groups for a better experience.

For Dolphin Observer

• Children under 13 years must be accompanied by a paying adult above 21 years. The duration of the experience will depend on the main participants of the respective programs.
• The Dolphin Observer program is exclusively reserved for guests with friends and family participating in the Dolphin Adventure program. Tickets cannot be purchased separately.

For Adventure Cove Water Park & S.E.A. Aquarium

• No outside food and beverages are allowed within Adventure Cove Waterpark, S.E.A. Aquarium, and Dolphin Island, except Baby food, formulas, and food for guests with special dietary requirements.
• Most S.E.A. Aquarium areas are accessible by wheelchair. Ocean Dome can be accessed by the lift located along the back of the Ocean Gallery.
• Paying adults must accompany children under the height of 122cm at all times in Adventure Cove Water Park.

For shark AWARE program

• You must be at least 12 years old to participate in this experience.
• Classes are available between Tuesday and Friday, lasting 8 hours, with max 4 students per class, including a classroom session and 2 dives.
• You will require a PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver certification or equivalent to participate in this experience.
• Before diving, you will have to fill out and sign liability and medical/health declaration forms at the facility.
• Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian (21+) present on-site to sign the required liability and medical/health declaration forms.
• You must not travel by air within 12 hours after a single dive or within 18 hours after repetitive dives.

Wild Wild Wet

• Tip: Carry some local currency if you want to rent floats. They don't accept cards.
• Operating hours: Monday to Friday: 12pm to 6pm. On Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays, it is open from 11am to 6pm. Last admission is at 5pm on all days.
• Facilities: changing rooms, shower cubicles, separate kids' shower area, secure lockers, life jackets, baby water carries, and cabanas for rent.
• Adults must supervise children at all times.
• Dress code: modest swimwear, shorts, t-shirts. All swimming attire should be free of zippers, rivets, buttons, or other hard objects.
• No pets are allowed, but your guide dogs are welcome.
• You cannot smoke, consume alcohol, or outside food and beverages anywhere in the park.
• You must leave jewelry, accessories, loose items, hard objects, and electronic devices behind when using rides and attractions.
• Personal floats are not permitted in pools and attractions.
• Rides might close or change without notice. Weather, upkeep, or safety issues can shake things up.

Snow City

• Tip: Although winter gear is available, it's a good idea to wear warm base layers, including thermal wear, to ensure you stay comfortable throughout your visit.
• Adults must supervise children under 7 years of age.
• Personal cameras are not allowed in the Snow Chamber. Onsite photographers are available.
• Pets, outside food, and drinks are not allowed in Snow City.
• You must wear socks and long pants when visiting.
• Guests suffering from medical problems related to the heart, back, or neck, or any conditions that could be aggravated by this experience are recommended not to participate in this experience.
• Guests who are pregnant are recommended to not participate in this experience.

• Tip: Don't miss the Riptide Rocket, Southeast Asia's first hydro-magnetic roller coaster. It combines all the fun of a roller coaster and a waterslide in one.
• Strict dress code: Diapers/napkins, undergarments, jeans, jackets, shoes/slippers, long skirts, clothes with buttons & zippers, and attires with buckles are not allowed.

• The waterslides require a guest to walk up a series of steps to the boarding area. In all cases, a guest must be capable of moving to the seat of the raft.
• Choose safety and comfort: This experience is not the best fit for pregnant people.
• Your guide dogs are welcome in most locations inside the venue. However, they are not permitted on, or in, any of the water attractions.
