What to bring

• Bring a valid boarding pass for same-day travel to access the lounge.
• Bring suitable gym attire if you plan to use the gym facilities.

What’s not allowed

• Entry without a valid boarding pass is not permitted.
• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the lounge.
• Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
• Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking patio.

Additional information

• Complimentary access is available for children under 2 years old when accompanied by an adult.
• Children aged 2–11 must be accompanied by a paying adult; children aged 12 and above are charged the adult rate.
• Minimum duration for nap suite usage is 6 hours.
• Gymnasium access is for up to 2 hours per session and is available only in Terminal 2.
• Arriving passengers planning to enter Singapore cannot stay at the Ambassador Transit Lounge – Terminal 2.
• As the lounge is located airside in the Restricted/Transit area, transit travelers must NOT clear immigration or customs. This means that only passengers transiting through Singapore—traveling to another country without clearing Singapore’s arrival immigration—can access the lounge.
