Le bijou se trouve au sommet et tout est facile à voir de là-haut. Les enfants peuvent courir librement et profiter de la région.

J'ai payé pour la visite avec les filets et on m'a dit que le billet que j'avais n'autorisait que l'accès à la canopée et non l'utilisation des filets. J'ai eu quelques problèmes avec Headout pour d'autres attractions. Je ne referais pas appel à eux.

Lorsque vous vendez, vous devriez vraiment vendre des billets utilisables. J'ai reçu un bon que j'aurais dû transformer en vrai billet. Nous n'avons pas trouvé d'espace libre pour le changer. Nous sommes donc partis sans avoir eu l'occasion de les utiliser

J'ai fait une erreur dans l'horaire de mon billet. En effet, je suis maintenant en Espagne et non à Singapour. Je voulais acheter un billet pour le 17 août mais je l'ai acheté pour aujourd'hui. J'attends la réponse de votre partenaire local.

Superbe salle, système de billetterie pourri. J'ai dû payer à nouveau parce qu'ils n'avaient aucune trace du billet que j'avais payé par l'intermédiaire de votre système inutile.

Il n'est pas certain qu'il faille passer l'immigration pour cela. L'attraction la plus célèbre - la chute d'eau - est en fait gratuite, sans billet. Les autres attractions pour lesquelles nous avons payé ne valaient pas le temps ni l'argent pour y accéder dans les ascenseurs lents et les bâtiments difficiles à naviguer. La qualité est vraiment médiocre. Le personnel nous a parlé froidement et grossièrement. Il n'y avait aucun endroit pratique pour ranger les sacs et les informations étaient incohérentes quant à savoir si le dépôt de bagages situé au niveau 1 acceptait mon type de sac (de la taille d'un bagage de cabine). Je n'ai jamais réussi à trouver l'entrée du train, ce qui m'a obligé à marcher longtemps à l'aller et au retour. Dans l'ensemble, je dis à mes amis et à ma famille de ne jamais faire cela.

Aucun. Surtout le labyrinthe de haies, qui ne vaut pas du tout l'argent.

L'ambiance était totalement différente de ce que l'on m'avait dit. Il s'adresse davantage aux jeunes enfants.

The experience at SuperPark was good. The queue to enter was bad. My booking was made for 10.30am. We arrived at 10.30am. There was long queue and the staff started to do the registration exactly at 10.30am. By the time the queue ends, it was 10.45am! This is so ridiculous. My suggestion is for the staff to start the registration 15mins earlier than the time slot. The kids had to leave earlier than the booked time, which was supposed to be 10.30am to 12.30pm. But they were urshered out 5-10 mins earlier. In total, we booked for 2hours, but we lost 20 to 25 mins of play time. I hope SuperPark can make adjustment to how they run their time slots. Thank you.

Yes, I will recommend to others. My students are very happy and enjoy it. For sure they will invites their friends to play there on their Birthday party. You should give a discount or free entrance to the teachers who bring their students to play. Teachers bring the students to play and promote your place. Thanks.

The lady that assisted us at the counter was very welcoming and nice. But in the park itself unfortunately, due to an incident, they had to close some of the sections. We dont get compensated for any of the minutes loss and the games that had to be closed due to that. So i was pretty dissatisfied.

Super Park has very engaging options for kids of all ages. They should upfront inform patrons about their slot timing upon booking for better time management and better customer experience.

Tayo station is great! We had awesome time with my kids. But I was shocked to see that the tickets were charged in foreign currency. End up I have to pay conversion fee on my credit card. It's no biggie but I would appreciate if the ticketing merchant inform upfront on website .

Great place for children to burn off their energy. Good that the system controls the number of people going in so that it will not become too crowded. Cons - we booked from an external party & had to book again & pay an extra $5 at the entrance which is a waste of time. This should be avoided. Whichever booking platform used should be synced.

Buying the ticket was simple! but when booking was a bit confusing. now i got a handle of it. the prices were pretty reasonable!!

I think you need to include in theninformation that its not just grtting the tickets from you that matters. There is a time slot that needs to be booked, when I got there I can really only use it for 30mins. The place itself was nice but i could not enjoy it thoroughly
