Pague por la visita con redes y me dijeron que el billete que tenia solo daba acceso al dosel no al uso de las redes. Tuve unos cuantos problemas con Headout para otras atracciones. Wouldn't use again.

Cuando vendan, deberían vender realmente entradas utilizables, por favor. Me dieron un vale que tendría que haber convertido en un billete de verdad. No pudimos encontrar un espacio libre para cambiarlo. Así que nos fuimos sin poder utilizarlos.

Tuve un error con el horario de mi billete. Porque ahora estoy en España y no en Singapur. Quería comprar un billete para el 17 de agosto pero compré para hoy. Estoy esperando la respuesta de su socio local.

Gran lugar, sistema de venta de entradas basura. Tuve que pagar de nuevo porque no tenían constancia de la entrada que pagué a través de su inútil sistema.

No está claro si hay que pasar el control de inmigración para hacerlo. La atracción más famosa, la cascada, es gratuita, no se necesita entrada. Las otras atracciones por las que pagamos no valían ni el tiempo ni el dinero para subir en los lentos ascensores y el edificio de difícil navegación. Muy mala calidad. El personal nos habló con frialdad y grosería. No había ningún lugar adecuado para guardar las maletas y la información no era coherente sobre si el almacén de equipaje del nivel 1 admitía maletas de mi tamaño (equipaje de cabina). Nunca conseguimos encontrar la entrada del tren, así que tuvimos que andar mucho para ir y volver. En general, les digo a mis amigos y familiares que nunca hagan esto.

The experience at SuperPark was good. The queue to enter was bad. My booking was made for 10.30am. We arrived at 10.30am. There was long queue and the staff started to do the registration exactly at 10.30am. By the time the queue ends, it was 10.45am! This is so ridiculous. My suggestion is for the staff to start the registration 15mins earlier than the time slot. The kids had to leave earlier than the booked time, which was supposed to be 10.30am to 12.30pm. But they were urshered out 5-10 mins earlier. In total, we booked for 2hours, but we lost 20 to 25 mins of play time. I hope SuperPark can make adjustment to how they run their time slots. Thank you.

Yes, I will recommend to others. My students are very happy and enjoy it. For sure they will invites their friends to play there on their Birthday party. You should give a discount or free entrance to the teachers who bring their students to play. Teachers bring the students to play and promote your place. Thanks.

The lady that assisted us at the counter was very welcoming and nice. But in the park itself unfortunately, due to an incident, they had to close some of the sections. We dont get compensated for any of the minutes loss and the games that had to be closed due to that. So i was pretty dissatisfied.

Super Park has very engaging options for kids of all ages. They should upfront inform patrons about their slot timing upon booking for better time management and better customer experience.

Tayo station is great! We had awesome time with my kids. But I was shocked to see that the tickets were charged in foreign currency. End up I have to pay conversion fee on my credit card. It's no biggie but I would appreciate if the ticketing merchant inform upfront on website .

Great place for children to burn off their energy. Good that the system controls the number of people going in so that it will not become too crowded. Cons - we booked from an external party & had to book again & pay an extra $5 at the entrance which is a waste of time. This should be avoided. Whichever booking platform used should be synced.

Buying the ticket was simple! but when booking was a bit confusing. now i got a handle of it. the prices were pretty reasonable!!

I think you need to include in theninformation that its not just grtting the tickets from you that matters. There is a time slot that needs to be booked, when I got there I can really only use it for 30mins. The place itself was nice but i could not enjoy it thoroughly

it is a hazzle having to book the time slot in another website. it is also a waste of time and not user friendly at all.
