Star Wars Identities: The Exhibition is currently calling Singapore's Art Science Museum home after having travelled the world since its inception in Montreal, Quebec in 2012.

The Singapore Star Wars Exhibition showcases over 200 artefacts including original costumes and props from George Lucas’ first six films in the series and offers visitors an immersive experience they are unlikely to forget for a long time. Showcasing models and pieces of conceptual artwork from the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art archive, the exhibition focuses on the expansive canon established by Lucas.
Fans of the 2012 trilogy will be able to identify the model for fan favourite droid BB-8 and the original First Order stormtrooper outfit. During the exhibition, you’ll also get to witness original illustrations from Ralph McQuarrie. For fans of the series, the opportunity to get a peek at the concept art and raw storyboards in person is nothing short of spectacular.
Star Wars Identities not only offers a behind-the-scenes peek at the magic of the movies, but also gives visitors the opportunity to chart a unique journey and create their own Star Wars identity by choosing everything from the species to the planet, the natural abilities you desire, and much more.
During the exhibition, you’ll get to discover the fascinating process of movie-making with early concept drawings, model making, storyboarding, and costume design. You’ll also get to follow legendary characters like Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, Darth Vader, Han Solo, Yoda, R2-D2, and witness the personal choices that shaped their identities.
The Singapore Star Wars Exhibition is held at Art Science Museum Singapore, on the North Promenade of the Marina Sands Bay.
The Art Science Museum is famous for hosting some truly spectacular exhibitions along with a stunning architecture that sets it apart from other museums. The museum is spread over 5000 sq. mt. and features a lotus-shaped building that houses 21 gallery spaces. Designed by architect Moshe Safdie, the Art Science is amongst the most iconic buildings in the waterfront promenade of the Marina Bay Sands resort.
