Betaalde voor het bezoek met netten en kreeg te horen dat het ticket dat ik had alleen toegang gaf tot de baldakijn en niet tot het gebruik van netten. Ik had een paar problemen met Headout voor andere attracties. Zou het niet meer gebruiken.

Als je verkoopt, moet je echt bruikbare kaartjes verkopen. Ik kreeg een voucher die ik in een echt ticket had moeten veranderen. We konden geen open plek vinden om het in te wisselen. Dus gingen we weg zonder ze te kunnen gebruiken.

Ik had een fout gemaakt met het schema van mijn ticket. Want ik ben nu in Spanje en niet in Singapur. Ik wilde een ticket kopen voor 17 augustus, maar ik heb voor vandaag gekocht. Ik wacht op het antwoord van uw lokale partner.

Geweldige locatie, waardeloos kaartverkoopsysteem. Moest opnieuw betalen omdat ze geen gegevens hadden van het ticket dat ik via jullie waardeloze systeem had betaald.

Het is niet duidelijk of je hiervoor door de immigratiedienst moet. De beroemdste attractie - de waterval - is eigenlijk gratis te bezichtigen, je hebt geen kaartje nodig. De andere attracties waar we voor betaald hebben, waren de tijd of het geld niet waard om naar boven te gaan in de trage liften en het moeilijk navigeerbare gebouw. Echt slechte kwaliteit. Het personeel sprak kil en onbeleefd tegen ons. Nergens een handige plek voor mensen om hun tassen op te bergen en inconsistente informatie over of de bagageopslag beneden op niveau 1 mijn formaat tas aan kon (handbagage). Het lukte me nooit om de ingang van de trein te vinden, dus ik moest een heel eind lopen. Al met al vertel ik mijn vrienden en familie dit nooit te doen.

Geen enkele. Vooral het heggendoolhof is het geld helemaal niet waard.

Het was een heel ander gevoel dan me was verteld. Het is meer gericht op jonge kinderen

The experience at SuperPark was good. The queue to enter was bad. My booking was made for 10.30am. We arrived at 10.30am. There was long queue and the staff started to do the registration exactly at 10.30am. By the time the queue ends, it was 10.45am! This is so ridiculous. My suggestion is for the staff to start the registration 15mins earlier than the time slot. The kids had to leave earlier than the booked time, which was supposed to be 10.30am to 12.30pm. But they were urshered out 5-10 mins earlier. In total, we booked for 2hours, but we lost 20 to 25 mins of play time. I hope SuperPark can make adjustment to how they run their time slots. Thank you.

Yes, I will recommend to others. My students are very happy and enjoy it. For sure they will invites their friends to play there on their Birthday party. You should give a discount or free entrance to the teachers who bring their students to play. Teachers bring the students to play and promote your place. Thanks.

The lady that assisted us at the counter was very welcoming and nice. But in the park itself unfortunately, due to an incident, they had to close some of the sections. We dont get compensated for any of the minutes loss and the games that had to be closed due to that. So i was pretty dissatisfied.

Super Park has very engaging options for kids of all ages. They should upfront inform patrons about their slot timing upon booking for better time management and better customer experience.

Staffs were Super helpful!😍 They patiently guided and helped us with the registration and purchase of the neccessities.

Tayo station is great! We had awesome time with my kids. But I was shocked to see that the tickets were charged in foreign currency. End up I have to pay conversion fee on my credit card. It's no biggie but I would appreciate if the ticketing merchant inform upfront on website .

Great place for children to burn off their energy. Good that the system controls the number of people going in so that it will not become too crowded. Cons - we booked from an external party & had to book again & pay an extra $5 at the entrance which is a waste of time. This should be avoided. Whichever booking platform used should be synced.

Buying the ticket was simple! but when booking was a bit confusing. now i got a handle of it. the prices were pretty reasonable!!

I think you need to include in theninformation that its not just grtting the tickets from you that matters. There is a time slot that needs to be booked, when I got there I can really only use it for 30mins. The place itself was nice but i could not enjoy it thoroughly
