I had an amazing experience visiting the Museum of Ice Cream—it truly felt like stepping into a playful, colorful dream. Every room was thoughtfully designed with fun themes, interactive elements, and plenty of picture-perfect spots. The sprinkle pool was definitely a highlight, and the unlimited ice cream throughout the visit made it even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, energetic, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and lively.
I also booked my tickets through Headout, and the process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The interface was easy to use, the booking confirmation was instant, and all the details were clearly communicated. It made planning the visit stress-free, which added to the overall positive experience.
Overall, I’d highly recommend both the Museum of Ice Cream for a fun, memorable outing and Headout for a seamless booking experience. Definitely worth it!

If you book head out pass , alight at Napier station and take bus on opposite side of station and get down at Dempsey clubhouse and walk towards museum of ice cream it's 15-20 minutes walk , but museum is good to have fun !!

Das Ticket deckt die Highlights ab. Was noch extra gebucht werden muss am Ticket-Schalter ist der Skywalk. Es wird empfohlen erst zum Observatory zu gehen, und danach zu den Gewächshäuser. Das Eintrittsticket kommt mit QR-Code via eMail.

#Head out was highly recommended and the best choice we had but somehow our experience on the tkts being issues was really very bad from head out .. the issue of tkts for us and our guest took more than 12 hours and we put out with friends and our guests with kids from another country and had to literally get more than an hour onchat / calll to get it sorted ..
on the parks front we are left with Zoo which will be covered today .. but the overall experience was wow as always .. Rainfortest Safari and night safari was the best indeed of all giving us the best feeling of tracking , enjoying the animals and nature at its best

This was truly the best zoo experience we have had. The animals were all very active and seen easily.
We had the five park visit and thoroughly enjoyed all five parks.
The night zoo is not to be missed. It was so well set out and the animals were very active.
The free teams inside the zoo allowed for ease of movement around the park.
The zoo was extremely clean, well cared for and a pleasure to visit.
Having fans at the majority of the exhibits to cool us while we were walking and watching was very welcomed.
I would highly recommend the five zoo pass.

To see the male Elephants, white tiger, the goats, hippopotamus, lions and ant eater. Also, the animal show which was entertaining.
