Ho pagato per la visita con le reti e mi è stato detto che il biglietto mi consentiva solo l'accesso alla tettoia e non l'uso delle reti. Ho avuto diversi problemi con Headout per altre attrazioni. Non lo riutilizzerei.

Quando vendete, dovreste vendere biglietti utilizzabili. Ho ricevuto un voucher che avrei dovuto trasformare in un vero biglietto. Non siamo riusciti a trovare un posto libero per cambiarlo. Così ce ne siamo andati senza aver avuto la possibilità di utilizzarli.

Ho avuto un errore con l'orario del mio biglietto. Perché ora mi trovo in Spagna e non a Singapur. Volevo acquistare un biglietto per il 17 agosto ma l'ho acquistato per oggi. Sto aspettando la risposta del vostro partner locale.

Ottimo locale, ma sistema di biglietteria scadente. Ho dovuto pagare di nuovo perché non c'era traccia del biglietto che avevo pagato attraverso il vostro inutile sistema.

Non è chiaro se si debba superare l'immigrazione per farlo. L'attrazione più famosa, la cascata, si può visitare gratuitamente, senza bisogno di biglietto. Le altre attrazioni, per le quali abbiamo pagato, non valevano la pena di spendere tempo o denaro per arrivare fin lassù con gli ascensori lenti e l'edificio difficile da navigare. La qualità è davvero scarsa. Il personale ci ha parlato in modo freddo e sgarbato. Non c'era un posto comodo per riporre le valigie e non c'erano informazioni coerenti sul fatto che il deposito bagagli al livello 1 accettasse le mie dimensioni (bagaglio a mano). Non siamo mai riusciti a trovare l'ingresso del treno e quindi abbiamo dovuto camminare a lungo per andare e tornare. Nel complesso dico ai miei amici e alla mia famiglia di non fare mai questo viaggio.

The experience at SuperPark was good. The queue to enter was bad. My booking was made for 10.30am. We arrived at 10.30am. There was long queue and the staff started to do the registration exactly at 10.30am. By the time the queue ends, it was 10.45am! This is so ridiculous. My suggestion is for the staff to start the registration 15mins earlier than the time slot. The kids had to leave earlier than the booked time, which was supposed to be 10.30am to 12.30pm. But they were urshered out 5-10 mins earlier. In total, we booked for 2hours, but we lost 20 to 25 mins of play time. I hope SuperPark can make adjustment to how they run their time slots. Thank you.

Yes, I will recommend to others. My students are very happy and enjoy it. For sure they will invites their friends to play there on their Birthday party. You should give a discount or free entrance to the teachers who bring their students to play. Teachers bring the students to play and promote your place. Thanks.

The lady that assisted us at the counter was very welcoming and nice. But in the park itself unfortunately, due to an incident, they had to close some of the sections. We dont get compensated for any of the minutes loss and the games that had to be closed due to that. So i was pretty dissatisfied.

Super Park has very engaging options for kids of all ages. They should upfront inform patrons about their slot timing upon booking for better time management and better customer experience.

Tayo station is great! We had awesome time with my kids. But I was shocked to see that the tickets were charged in foreign currency. End up I have to pay conversion fee on my credit card. It's no biggie but I would appreciate if the ticketing merchant inform upfront on website .

Great place for children to burn off their energy. Good that the system controls the number of people going in so that it will not become too crowded. Cons - we booked from an external party & had to book again & pay an extra $5 at the entrance which is a waste of time. This should be avoided. Whichever booking platform used should be synced.

I think you need to include in theninformation that its not just grtting the tickets from you that matters. There is a time slot that needs to be booked, when I got there I can really only use it for 30mins. The place itself was nice but i could not enjoy it thoroughly
